Exact fit!! Installed on a 98 tj jeep!! I did add an extra coat of under carriage paint to help keep rust away!!

Fits perfect, with a few notes
Straps fit a '97 TJ perfectly, couple notes though. This does NOT come with nuts to secure straps, either keep the old ones handy or get some new ones. Also, this is not pre-drilled for the plastic caps that were included from the factory, but those aren't needed.

They are priced right but a pain to install. They do fit with some patience.
