Near Think Tank or Domke quality, Better value for Money
I'm a bag freak and have tried about every major brand. Think Tank and Domke tie for my top spot due to comparable materials and workmanship quality, in bags that have completely different design philosophies. Basically Think Tank is the king on durability and detail, while Domke is top dog on maximizing usable space. I bought this Neewer bag for my strobes and lighting equipment, not my cameras and lenses. I was looking for the biggest capacity, reasonably priced, acceptable quality bag with rollers. I use it for lugging too-heavy-for-shoulder-carry strobes and lighting equipment, and it succeeds brilliantly for that. Quality-wise, if Think Tank and Domke set the five star standard, then this Neewer bag comes in at four and a half, or nine out of ten - at a 33% to 50% price discount from equivalent volume bags from those two companies. For somebody younger than this old geezer, with capacity to carry this thing fully loaded on his back, there are several beyond-the-call-of-duty details that should make it even more attractive. The bag comes with a killer external, removable tripod sock. There is a back cover for the backpack straps that velcroes around the bottom of the bag for backpack carry. This cover even has elastic wheel covers, to keep dirty or muddy wheels from soiling the carrier's lower back and hips. Zippers, while not at the level of Think Tank's self-repairing YKKs, are robust and heavy duty. Internal divisions have an optimal trade-off between stiffness and low volume. The bag is deep enough to allow stacking of strobes, two per compartment. The laptop sleeve is generously sized, well padded, and provides easy external access. This Neewer roller bag is at the size limit for airline carry-on standards. Over-stuffing could put it over thickness and weight limits, especially for smaller aircraft or with nit-picky airlines. When the main concern for a camera bag is how much you can abuse it by overloading, you're grasping at straws to find negatives. Five well-earned stars for a great combination of high quality and value for money.

Searched for weeks and found THE ONE.
I've been into photography for 50 years and 34 years as a pro. (studio owner) I have and do own A LOT OF CAMERA BAGS. Recently I got into wildlife and wanted a backpack. (another) one that would fit my large telephoto (200-800mm) on camera. Then other spots for a few lighter things. I wanted a COMFORTABLE well padded backpack. I didn't want (like my others) a huge suitcase on my back, I didn't want the weight of wheels ( I have wheeled bags ). So I was PICKY... I stumbled into this one. It looked really nice but quite inexpensive (compared to my others and the other 300.+ bag I was considering. I thought.... it's Amazon they'll take it back if I don't like it and if it's cheezy. To my AMAZMENT it's a first class bag. PERFECT size for my needs and I can put in my body to a 200-800 attached. The materials are high end. thick, a little stiff (good thing) and the over all frame work of it is rigid. (good thing) my other backpack was more $ and is soft and saggy. I am THRILLED with the design, quality and price. CON: my one minor disappointment is to open it to access it all, you have to open the backpack side of the bag. I like to lay it down on the backpack side and wished the back opened. This is now at all a deal breaker it's just "ODD" to me. Once I get used to it I'm sure it will be fine. It's likely done this way to allow for the "firm shape/structure" of the bag which I love. It's almost as if there is a aluminum frame inside (but there isn't). It just has that much rigidity which I love. Glad I didn't get the 300+ buck one I was considering. This is awesome. My first NEEWER product... not my last. I see similar bags out there for 300 even 499. REALLY? Are they lined in gold? This is made SO WELL that I can't imagine what these are other bags offer to be 400+ dollars more than I paid for this one. UPDATE a year later I still say 5 stars! JUST ADDED THE PHOTOS AT A YEAR OLD.

Amazing bag! …fly at your own risk.
I wanted a camera bag that 1.) could also fit a beefy 17” laptop, 2.) had wheels because it always gets heavy, and 3.) could be worn as a backpack when terrain wasn’t suitable for rolling. I considered many options - including some well-known brands at 3X the price. Ultimately, I opted to save a little money and go with the Neewer bag. I am not disappointed. This is a great bag for a lot of camera gear, if you’re looking for something that hits those three points in my first paragraph. There is one major problem, but it is not a FLAW with the product; just in how you may intend to use it. Please read on. I have traveled with this Neewer bag several times in the four months I’ve owned it. For car travel, it’s the best solution I’ve ever owned and it’s a darn good bag. I have flown with it three times; that’s where I encountered a problem. This bag is just a little too big to fit under the seat of a larger airplane. On smaller planes, there’s no chance. So you MUST find overhead bin space if you want to carry it on. Presumably, if you’re traveling with camera gear, you absolutely do not want to check the bag, so when the inevitable announcement is made that “we are not gate checking all roller bags…” the panic sets in. On one occasion, I pleaded with the gate agent to let me take it on and try to find overhead bin space. There was actually plenty of open space, so it was a non-issue. On another occasion, I heard the announcement, so I quickly deployed the backpack straps and casually walked on. They didn’t say anything about checking backpacks! I managed to find bin space and avoided the problem again. So, my assessment of the bag itself is completely positive. A great purchase. But my trepidation for flying with it causes a lot of anxiety. The main compartment is easy divided up for almost any configuration with the included partitions. The built-in zipper pockets on the under side of the main compartment flap are very handy for sorting all manner of accessories, SD cards, pens, cables, etc. The telescoping handle seems to be robust enough, but I would caution you against lifting the bag with it, especially when it gets heavy. I was very impressed with how easily the backpack straps can be deployed and how well the system works. The flap that contains the straps folds over and secures to the bottom with velcro, and covers the wheels, meaning that all the filth from the floor won’t get rubbed all over your back.

Nice camera trolley case
This trolley case appears to be well made. I'm new to photography so I only use this once a week. For now, it holds my one camera body,3 lenses, flash and flash trigger. I was able to put my laptop in the pocket allotted. There is room to attach two tripods. Now it's a bit heavy when loaded with the above minus the tripods but I guess that is expected since its already 11 lbs. minus the equipment. Now my only problem is the rain cover. As you can see it doesn't fit. As of this review I haven't contacted customer service for a replacement, so I'll be back to revise my review once that's done. I like it for now. Hope this helps. Well, I was able to contact customer service. Guess what? I was told to return the entire case just to get a new rain cover. Now to me that doesn't make a bit of sense, so I'll figure out something. I might be able to work something out with this one. I don't intend to be in the pouring rain with my equipment anyway.

Just the right size.
A bag with plenty of room for my lenses , bodies and some accessories. Large roomy interior. I am able to put 2 bodies with grips. 1 body with no grip with room for a grip if need be. 6 lenses a flash, 5 filters, an expo disk and 8 sd cards. Still have room for my apc camera and lens if I want to move them over from my other bag. There is a laptop compartment if I choose to take one. I just put some other things in there right now. It has a concealed handle in a zipper compartment you can pull up to use it as a roller or put it back down and zip away. A top and side. I don't think I will be using the straps for the back pack feature just the roller. There is a rain cover just in case. It feels well built. will have to see how it holds up.

Excellent rolling camera bag
I bought this for a family trip to Alaska. I needed a large rolling bag that would still be small enough to carry in an airplane. The key requirement: it had to be large enough that I could fit my Canon 600mm lens in it. It was a tiny stretch, but the lens did fit, and there was enough room left over that I was able to fit two camera bodies, three other lenses, batteries, chargers, and my iPad. The bag is super well designed, the handle plenty long (I’m 6’4” so long handles are important to me), and rolled easily. The only thing I’d like to see changed is that there are 4 tiny velcro pockets on the inside of the main flap, but they are clearly designed for SD cards. They’re so small that I had a tough time fitting my camera’s CFExpress memory cards in them. It would have been far more useful if they were large enough to fit 77mm lens filters. Overall, though, this bag exceeded my expectations. I will retire the smaller bag I had been using — this one is much better.

Good, not great
I was optimistic after reading several reviews and thought this was a great deal for the price. It worked great, until one of the main zippers came off randomly after about 6 months of use. I couldn’t get the zipper back on. I can still use the bag, but if the second zipper comes off while I’m rolling this bag, all my gear will come tumbling to the ground. Not a risk I’m ok with taking. Other than that, I loved the organization features of this bag and it held everything I needed for a wedding day. Unfortunately, I think I will upgrade to a thinktank or pelican in hopes for something that will better survive regular wear and tear.
