AVOID! Poorly made. Naff. Broken within 6 months.
I had a Jansport bag as a teenager and loved it. Thought I'd treat myself and wait for ages for the delivery. BIG MISTAKE! Here are the problems: - Within less than one month the internal stitching had come undone (see pic). - The flap that hangs over the zip was ALWAYS getting stuck in the zipper. So annoying. It ended up getting so jammed that I broke the zip trying to undo it (see pic) after trying everything to free it. - Jansport bags always used to look cool and a bit floppy. This one looked like it had a coat hanger in its back; so boxy and rigid. Looked naff, especially without much stuff in it. - My old Jansport had a really cool suede bottom. This is some tacky plastic. All in all, I'm thoroughly and wholeheartedly disappointed. I'll never get another Jansport product ever again. If I were you I would totally avoid this. If I could, I'd be giving this -3 stars or thereabouts. It is tacky, poorly designed and built terribly. For the price, it's actually a joke (albeit not a very funny one).
