I received the earphones very quickly. It’s very easy to set up. Everything works as expected. Compared with the price, this is a very good value product. There was a small issue with the volume. I emailed the customer service and got a response quickly. I’d recommend this.

I have a pair of Samsung galaxy pro ear buds, and they work great. But I forget a them at home so I don't have music in the office. I bought these to leave at the office and my Samsung at home. They are great and I won't lose them. Very comfortable charge very fast and the charge last a long time, the sounds quality is great

The last couple of years I've ordered five pairs of headphones from Amazon.The first pair stopped working after 6 months. The second and third pair which were very similar to each other weren't that great. One pair would always disconnect for no reason. And sometimes it would take forever to connect when you turn them on. The other pair would not disconnect but it did take its time to pair with my phone. And battery life wasn't that great for either pair. I would have to charge each one every single day. So I would be using one while I'm charging the other.But these headphones! These headphones are pretty damn good. The battery life is amazing. I use them just as much as my previous headphones that I had to charge everyday but only have to charge them after 2 to 3 days.I'm not a big audio guy, but these headphones do sound pretty good. Calls are pretty clear also. While on a call with a friend early in the morning he could hear a bird chirping. And from where I was at, the bird was pretty far away. So yeah, amazing mic.Just be aware that they do use a USB C charging cable.My only real complaint is they feel cheap. The plastic that is. And maybe because they're new, it feels like they have this weird baby powder coating to them. But no biggie.I would buy these headphones again. But let's see how long these last first.

I've bought at least 3 pairs of these over the years and they are fantastic. I ride motorcycle with a half helmet in the summer and these never fall off. They sound great too. For the price you will find none better.

I never write reviews, but I figured there's always a first time for everything so I decided to start with these head phones. They are some of the worst head phones I've ever owned. Granted it's still going strong since I ordered them in 2023. However they keep randomly shutting off for no reason. I would check the battery charge and it would read 100% so I'm not certain as to why it keeps shutting off. It's very annoying when you're listening to music or on a call and all of a sudden you here "Power Off". like huh!? It's fully charged!. And this wouldn't happen once but THREE TIMES!! luckily I bought a back up the time I ordered these and I just used those instead of this and used this as my backup. And forget to return it. But overall it's comfortable, battery life is great it's just that one issue. So for me it's three stars. But maybe I got a bad pair so what I've experienced using them may not be yours so take that as you will.

First, I would like to say that this company provided great customer service.During my first use, I wore them for about an hour. The sound was fine. On my way home, they blew off my neck. When I found them, they had been run over by a car. They did power up but no sound from the left side. Oh well! My initial review described what happened and this vendor promptly sent a replacement at no charge! I would happily do business with this vendor again.While the sound quality is fine for a device in this price point, the design does have limits. While wearing they perform fine and are comfortable. Unfortunately, it would be nice if they were just a bit longer or if they had magnets to keep them around your neck. I found it difficult to keep them in place while they were hanging loose around my neck.I'm keeping them because of the customer service and the fact that they replaced the pair I broke. I will have to stay aware and make sure they don't fall off again.
