Seymour Duncan Hot Rail Bridge Electric Guitar Pickup White

Great pick up. Massive Seymour Duncan fan. Use them in all my guitars. Unfortunately needed to replace the bridge pick up in my strat so I could use it as back up in my covers band. We mostly play rock and the single coil wasn't cutting it. Very pleased.

pickup itself is outstanding, sounds amazing. However, when it was delivered one of the coils did not work, a working replacement was shipped very quickly though

5 Stars = 'love it' and I do. I replaced a Fender SCN bridge pup on a Squire Strat with this and, for once, got a tangible improvement in sound. I had to roll off a lot of bass on the amp which had been trying to compensate for the relatively thin Fender pickup. It's noticeably smoother, thicker and definitely has better sustain. Nicest surprise was how 'quiet' this pickup is. Very little hum even with distortion and overdrive pedals on. And my noise reducer easily handles what hum there is. I know a lot of people use these with single coil mid & neck pups but I find the power difference difficult to handle so, I now want to replace the other two with Hot Rails as well.

If you wire this in with a switch you can have humbucker sound for the rock tunes and also a single coil sound....it’s great when you initialise the humbucker it gives you that boost that you need for a warm lead break! I love it!

Wow. Transformed my strat into a beast. I found the sound of my guitar very thin for the style of music I play these days, I dropped this into the bridge position and I was blown away. Do not regret my decision at all.

Pickup fantastico ma se si ricerca un suono aggressivo e definito. Attenzione questo pickup stravolge il suono della Stratocaster rendendolo aggressivo, con molto attacco e molto definito , per contro rende la posizione 2 del selettore ( pickup centrale+ponte ) completamente diversa dall' originale e enfatizzando i suoni acuti . Perfetto se si vuole una Strato con gli steroidi meno se si vuole mantenere il suono blues e "twangoso" del pickup single coil. In conclusione l'articolo è esattamente ciò che volevo per il suono che cercavo : hard rock tendente al metal . Mi sento di consigliarlo ma facendo attenzione a ciò che si vuole dal suono della chitarra.

The hot rails bridge pickup exceeds my expectations for a strat pickup. It’s plenty hot but not too hot and the eq is perfect. You may prefer this to a Humbucker depending upon your style of music. Don’t wait as long as I did to get this. My neck pickup is dimarzio area 61 and middle pickup is area 67. 250k pots and no load tone on the bridge.

Super Verarbeitung, genialer klang. Hatte vor vielen Jahren schon mal eine Gitarre mit drei dieser Burschen aufgewertet. Ich würds immer wieder tun 😉
