Eliminates RFI.
I bought this hoping that it would eliminate RFI from my RPi to my QDX transceiver. Which it did perfectly! I've just ordered another one for my PC to FTDX-10. You can certainly buy cheaper leads, but this one actually works with RFI suppression. Recommended.

Great Quality Cable
I am a radio ham and needed a good quality cable to connect my ham radio to my computer,this cable was a replacement for a lesser quality cable that caused me loads of problems,all have now gone away when I bought this cable on the suggestion of another ham,a great price as well as fast delivery.

Doesn't Work!
It made absolutely no difference. It doesn't work for me. I still have buzzing and interference. So I'm out of pocket here! :-( Beware when ordering. If you can borrow one first to see it it will work!

This review is for the Tripp Lite USB 2.0 Hi-Speed A/B Cable with Ferrite Chokes (M/M), 1.8 metres (U023-006) & was fulfilled by Amazon. This is a great cable and was purchased for using data modes such as FT8 with regards to amateur radio. The added ferrite chokes help eliminate electrical noise to and from the equipment resulting in no data loss. I would recommend A+++++ Please note I am not an Amazon Vine reviewer therefore goods are purchased with my own cash.

Un bon câble pas cher au très bon RQP. Pour l'audio, il fait bien son travail. Comparé avec un câble USB à 130€, il ne démérite pas. Je recommande!

Das Kabel ist perfekt, verbindet mein Funkgerät mit dem Computer. Keine HF-Einstrahlung durch das Funkgerät und somit störungsfreier FT8-Betrieb auf allen Kurwellen-Bändern.
