I am very happy with these lights! I installed one set on my TRX4, and another on my SCX10.3. When I first hooked them up on the TRX4, I plugged them into the power block for the headlights and taillights, the one that came with the Traxxas kit. They worked, but were not very bright. So I ran them directly to the receiver instead. Wow what a difference. They nearly doubled in the light output! The other set, for my SCX10.3, were wired to the receiver as well. I tried using the pigtails from the esc/receiver combo that power the headlights and taillights on that too, and had the same dimness. Once hooked up to the receiver directly, no more dimness! The housings seems pretty durable. The screws are very, very small, so you have to have some patience. Definitely recommend locktite on the mounting screws. They can break if torqued down too tight. The price is amazing for what you get. Definelty worth it. I purchased two sets of two, and if I need more, I will be getting these!!
