New use (to me) for instant Clearjel. Love King Arthur products.
Made the best cinnamon roll filling ever. It was thick and didn't melt out of the rolls during baking.

Excellent Thickener
Used it sparingly and little goes a long way. Excellent stabilizer for my whipped cream cakes! Haven’t used it for pies yet but it held my whipped cream like a champ during the summer hot months in Nevada when making fresh fruit whipped cream cakes. It never melt during transportation or display.
