Should be in a less messy resealable packet
It's a very good product that I I used to make mochi but I'd appreciate it if it was in an easily accessible resealable packet with maybe a scoop but overall great product

It’s not 500g
This is great to make dango and mochi but it was listed as being 500g when I only got a 454g bag of glutinous rice flour.

Purchased to make gluten free doughnuts! Does the job!
I don't really have much to say about this product, I bought it specifically so I could make gluten free doughnuts with a combination of other flours from the book "Baked Doughnuts for everyone" by Ashley McLaughlin and so far it's done the job. It was a fairly good price from a company called "Oriental Treasures". One point worth mentioning is this product is also known as sweet rice flour and from what I've seen on Amazon seems to cost more when given it's other moniker but they are definitely the same product. It did feel weird receiving it in the post though, it was just wrapped in a cellophane bag. I'm glad it didn't split or the post office might think I was smuggling cocaine! It's a white powdery substance! (The flour that is).

Great Product
I bought the rice flour to make mochi balls. The flour is brilliant and made the most amazing mochi for my first attempt.
