We have a big problem with brown recluse spiders in our home. We had an exterminator and he recommended to put these in the corners of all our rooms. It's crazy how many spiders these have caught. Even if the spider doesn't get all the way onto the trap, they are so sticky that they are caught and can't get back off. As long as they don't get dust or hair on them, they work great. They are safe to put around kids or dogs as long as they don't start trying to mess with them. I replace when there get to be several spiders stuck to them because I don't like looking at them. For the price, I don't have to worry about leaving them until they're full. If you have recluses in your home you need these because spraying or dusting doesn't get them.

So far so good no problems and they work good down in my basement…

Traps work great!! I have been using these traps for over a year and am very satisfied. I ordered them specifically for brown recluse spiders. I consulted a professional and found out that sticky traps are the primary component of professional management so I decided to give them a try before paying big $$$ for pest control to do the same thing. The traps are easy to assemble and retain their stickiness for months. 90% of what I find in them is brown recluse. They are large enough that you could accidentally trap something like a small rodent (my fear as I would hate to subject anything higher than an insect to this slow death) but I haven't had that occur despite knowing that an occasional rodent has made its way inside. I am currently trying a different type of sticky trap alongside these and the others have trapped nothing at all.

Not as good as others I’ve tried: 1 spider escaped from a trap a day later (2 week old trap), another spider escaped a day later too in another trap except that time I pushed the spider down a little to make it more stuck which clearly didn’t hold (4 week old trap), another trap had a spider living it with a web (8 week trap), and these traps only caught about 15 spiders this year compared to 30 last year from another slightly more expensive brand (I’ve tried 3 brands, so you get what you pay for?). Overall, these are cheaper and you get more, but they are less effective because they are not as sticky and the glue does not go all the way to the edge of the box.

Super sticky! Therefore a little hard to handle. The one thing I did not like was it catches everything, including lady bugs, a couple of honey bees and once a gecko. That made me sad. On the other hand, I see MOSQUITOES stuck on there too! Yay! And even one of the outside living roaches, ugh! Thank goodness it did not make it into my house. We have neighbors that have them and when they spray inside their house the boogers run to all their neighbor's houses. Be careful where you hang them. If you are too close to flowers, you get the honey bees. Too close to trunk of a tree or too low you might catch your lizard types. The white flies covered all the boards. I had to replace them rather soon the first time I put them up. By then, white fly season was pretty much past and I caught other stuff I was happy to see.

I purchased a good quantity of these spider traps a few months ago. Initially I reveiwed them and raved about how well designed they were and how they were so easy to assemble. That's all that can be said in a positive way. I distributed the assembled traps throughout the house, especially where I saw any webs. I have yet to catch a single spider!!!! Whatever they use to attract insects just doesn't work. I have used other brands of glue traps in similar configuration and have caught plenty of spiders and other insects. This trap attracts NONE. Buy something else if you want to get rid of spiders. Ordinary glue traps are very effective for all kinds of obnoxious critters. (Bu I believe catching mice this way is cruel so I buy smaller traps)

I have these around my doors where we get a lot of spiders (including really large wolf spiders) as well as pinchers and such and these help catch them at the door before they can come into the home and lay eggs or scare anyone of us. I thought these were good traps as they seem to do the job well-do wish they wld stop printing photos of spiders on top of the boxes as I have to train my brain that that isn't real, would be nice to have that graphic removed and keep these more on the camouflage route. Also something i didn't realize how strong these were-I glad a trap out for more than a week trapping pinchers and it caught a mouse!!!! The mouse was the size of the trap and it somehow was strong enough to catch it and hold it until I could remove it. I didn't know I had a mouse problem and this solved the issue before it became a bigger one. Really impressed

Perfect for basement rooms or areas that have spiders/ other bugs collects everything and has a cover so they are super pet safe no chemicals and have collected so many bugs and can see your loot when you replace them, will be re-purchasing!

I’m impressed with these spider traps. They’re simple to use, fold nicely, and can be placed discreetly around the house. The adhesive is strong enough that spiders get caught immediately, but it doesn’t leave residue on floors when you move the traps. Within a few days, I noticed multiple spiders and small insects stuck to the traps, so they’re definitely doing their job. With 16 traps in the pack, you get good coverage for multiple rooms. Excellent product if you want a low-maintenance way to manage spiders inside your home.

Wir haben bei uns im Haus regelmäßig große, schwarze Spinnen, die vor allem abends zum Vorschein kamen – genau dann, wenn man eigentlich gemütlich auf dem Sofa sitzen möchte. Da ich große Angst vor Spinnen habe, musste dringend eine Lösung her. Besonders wichtig war uns dabei, dass die Fallen sicher und unbedenklich für unsere Hunde und unsere dreijährige Tochter sind. Die Fallen lassen sich unauffällig aufstellen und benötigen keine zusätzlichen Lockstoffe, da sie bereits vorbehandelt sind. Schon nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein besonders großes Exemplar in einer der Fallen. Das hat uns gezeigt, dass sie wirklich funktionieren. Das Entsorgen hat dann mein Freund übernommen, was für mich eine große Erleichterung war. Positiv ist auch, dass keine Chemikalien oder Gerüche wahrnehmbar sind. Die Fallen wirken sauber verarbeitet und bleiben dort liegen, wo man sie platziert. Gerade in Ecken oder an Wandnähe lassen sie sich gut einsetzen. Seitdem wir die Fallen nutzen, ist es deutlich ruhiger geworden, und wir fühlen uns abends wieder entspannter. Für Haushalte mit Spinnenproblemen, die gleichzeitig auf Sicherheit für Kinder und Haustiere achten müssen, sind diese Fallen eine sehr gute Lösung.

I was really skeptical when I read the reviews, we moved into a new house that had been empty for a while and since the weather is getting colder we noticed quite a few insects in the basement. My daughter was so terrified that we decided to try and buy traps to make her feel better, not really expecting it to work. But as you will see in the photos it has done an outstanding job. A little terrifying and disgusting, but it has done its job. Sorry for the gross photos.

Einfach fantastisch! Es dauert ein paar Monate bis es wirklich Resultate zeigt. Man muss Geduld haben. Zuerst hat kleine Spinnen gefangen, und danach hatte auch ein paar Größere erwischt. Und neulich sogar eine kleine MAUS !!! Ich kann nur empfehlen!
