Big stinky pill with big results

Good supplement to take after a workout. I have to get over the smell while taking them but it's not too bad.

I do moves for a living, and my muscles are usually killing me from all the heavy labor. Aminos have always helped me recover and stay strong without losing muscle mass in my late 40s. These are a unique brand. I take 10-15 a day as opposed to 6, and I am definitely in an anabolic (growth) state. I've put on approx 8 pounds of lean muscle mass with these supplemented into my meals / snacks. Plus the creatine drip effect builds up after a while and adds a slight bit of muscle volume without the upset stomach. Good aminos - and theyre small tablets so theyre easy to swallow.

Works great without giving stomach issues or horrific farts like most amino products do

I am a dedicated gym rat, with that being said I have used quite a few different amino acid supplements. Ive tried many of the powders but they use a lot of fake sweeteners and coloring a that bother my stomach and digestive tract (I have Crohn's disease). I can tell you that I've had no bad side effects at all, the exact opposite I've noticed a vast improvement in strength and overall muscle fullness. I take this both before and after workouts, and then again before bed. I'm on my 2nd bottle. The price is is right and the product legitimately works (I weight train 5-6 days a week).
