I have a cup everyone morning. Starts off with 15g protein and gets the morning goo away. I make it creamier by adding whole milk. Same manufacturer as all the other brands of it I find (for 15g). Helps me hit the 150g of daily protein.

Product is good but availability is a constant problem. Shipping needs attention as boxes arrived in large envelope and all crushed. Need to put in box vs envelope. I ordered 6 boxes so envelope not appropriate.
