The thing I’m most impressed with is the durability. Like wow! For the price the quality is unmatched. I love the design, the functionality, and the ease of use. I typically only use the fingerprint recognition, but I do have a couple codes for my renters. The keys are great for if the batteries ever go out. It was easy to install on my door. It took roughly 20 minutes, including removing the old door handle. It was easy to connect to via Bluetooth. I have nothing negative to say about this lock.

This is the second one i buy and the only thing i can say is rhis is a quality smart lock, looks nice, feels solid, easy to operate, easy to install, fingerprint reader works every time. Will buy again and again!!

Let’s start this way, with the negatives: 1-Fingerprint reader is the worst! 96% of the time it doesn’t recognize it at all, no matter where you hold your finger. To me, major negative! 2-Combination input is not always recognized. You may have to input the combination 3x prior to recognizing it! 3-You need their own gateway to work with WiFi, and their setup is difficult and not intuitive! Now that the bad is out of the way, let’s look at positives: 1-RF key works fine but it does have to physically touch the lock. Was hoping it would unlock as I got close, but no, not that kind of system. 2-Having emergency physical backup key is a plus and it is not a regular cut key! 3-Battery area is easily accessible by removing one screw. Better than multiple screws and searching for access. Just installed 4 Lithium AA batteries, so hopefully they will hold power for a while. So there you have it, good and bad. The ones that bother me the most are gateway and fingerprint. What you do with this information is up to you.

This is a quality smart lock, looks nice, feels solid, easy to operate, easy to install, fingerprint reader works every time, app unlock works well, IC card easy to program and easy to use it (as a backup option), there are so many ways to unlock it, I love it, in fact, I bought a second one. I wish I can use my own pass code instead to generated ones, but I understand why. If you are shopping for a smart lock, take a look at this one. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using Harfo locks for my office for a few years now. It has good fingerprint capture and a long battery life. This is the only lock I have found where it can easily be put in passage mode by pressing the lock icon on the display while it is flashing after it has been unlocked, without having to go into the settings each time to do this (the setting for this is user limit-off- passage mode off- it can be a little hard to understand this on the manual). This makes it easy for employees to leave the door unlocked during business hours and tapping out with their keycard at the end of the day to lock it. It has a small but effective OLED screen that displays the settings making it easy to navigate to make changes. It has voice guidance as well, which I prefer to turn off. Adding users is very simple from the lock itself. If anyone has difficulty registering a fingerprint or using it to unlock I just program a RFID card- 3 are included with the lock purchase. I had problems with my lock and emailed customer service from the information included in the manual, they responded the next day and shipped a replacement. They do not have live customer service, and keeping track of the users requires writing it down, but I find that is not a problem. The replacement lock they sent me is improved from the original one I purchased- it has 3 bolts on the outside lock that fit into the hole for the latch to connnect to the backplate instead of two and one that goes through the door, so do not need to drill a hole in the door anymore. Also the reversible handle used to be secured with a single set screw on the side, but that left it wobbly and prone to coming loose over time. Now it is secured with two phillips screws under the removable magnetic plate and is much more secure. Just remember to have the physical key on your keychain or in a secure place as a backup in case the lock fails. I see they now have a bluetooth version now, which helps for programming and keeping track of the users. I find bluetooth can be slow to respond each time , no matter which brand of lock you use, and the wifii gateways can be frustrating for remote access, so I am happy with the way this lock works from the on screen menu for my needs.

I ordered 5 locks. Three out of the 5, the latch stuck, had people locked inside the room. The lock would be a great product if the latch was better.

I have had this lock installed for a few weeks now. It works as described. It does require drilling one additional hole in the door and for me at least, getting it perpendicular was an issue. Just try to get it drilled as accurately as possible. All the methods of unlocking work very well. The fingerprint reader does not get it right first time every time, but usually a second attempt works. It seems to be important to get the finger on the reader as close to the way it was placed when created. If you really have trouble, you can delete the first attempt (by user ID) and then add it back to try again. Be sure to note the ID of any user being created so you can delete that user if necessary. The booklet has a form you can use. The programming is easy and the documentation is certainly adequate for the job. I do wish it included specifications for the access card. The first 9 IDs are for administrative users. It is desirable to create an administrative ID first, and I would recommend a code or access card (not fingerprint) for this one.The lock feels very solid and well built. Time will tell, but it appears that it will last. Installation is not difficult, if you get the hole drilled properly. -----Modified 12-16-2019----- The fingerprint scanner worked for a few weeks, than quit working. Disappointed, since that was a significant reason for selecting this unit. The code and card methods still work properly.

I purchased this door lock in late 2022 and just recently installed it in Jul 2023. It seems the program in the lock itself is corrupted and it didn't work as per the manual. I asked for help with clips of video with the problems. Anna Wang from HARFO responded. She replied the next day and tell me that She is sending a new unit to my office. In about 1.5 weeks, the new lock arrived. I installed the lock and it works fine. I want to express my appreciation for the service and product support. Sam.

Do not buy this item if you're not slightly handy. You will need to drill an extra hole in order to mount this handle. Fingerprint reader works most of the time. The cards are an awesome feature. Update: Do not buy junk from this website as it only comes with a 30 day warranty. My lockset just quit working after about 2 years. I just purchased one from a local store with a lifetime warranty and supported a local business as an added bonus.

This smart door lock is harder to install than others, and it's also inconvenient to use. After unlocking, you have to press the door handle to open the door. As long as the general smart lock unlocks the door, you can enter by pushing the door.
