I recently got this set of Sportneer resistance bands, and I’m really happy with the purchase. The set includes 5 bands with different resistance levels, handles, a door anchor, and a carrying pouch — everything you need to work out both at home and at the gym. I plan to use them for full-body workouts, stretching, and strength training. The bands are made from 100% natural latex, and they feel durable and skin-friendly. The included accessories are also solid — especially the handles and door anchor, which are comfortable and easy to use. Based on other customer reviews, I agree they’re well-made, versatile, and totally worth the price. One thing to note: although my set arrived complete and in perfect condition, it wasn’t packed in an additional Amazon box — the shipping label was placed directly on the product box. Just something to be aware of, but it didn’t bother me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to exercise anywhere, anytime!

I tore my rotator cuff during a fall. Among the exercises suggested by my PT were some using resistance bands. The old ones I used to have had decomposed over time, so I decided to try these. My therapist told me different ways to use them in addition to the exercises typically recommended for resistance bands. These bands are soft, seem strong and have a great range in strengths. I have one attached to the top of the door and one to the inside doorknob for different angle resistance. Every time I walk by the door, I stop and do a couple exercises. Highly recommend for the quality, variety, and beautiful colors.

Love these bands!!! They are super durable and the resistance is great. Super easy to use and have been a game changer in my without routine. I would use them for almost anything since my goal is to train calisthenics. They are comfortable and don’t rub against my skin at all. Super functional and worth buying.

My old thin-ribbon and tubular resistance bands both snapped, so I was looking for something more heavy-duty to replace them. This set is a great value, and the bands appear to be well made. Still, at the back of my mind I'm wondering when the lighter ones will snap back into my face, but so far, so good. My only gripe is the shape of the lightest two bands, which is a bit squarish with sharp edges. They slightly bite into my hands, making them more likely to slip than the thin ribbon and tubular types. But the set comes with handles if that becomes an issue. It really doesn't bother me enough to rate the product below 5 stars. The heavier bands are so stiff that I don't ever foresee having the strength to use those things. We're talking serious resistance. The door anchor is terrific, and the handles and carabiners are well-made. Glad I went with these. 5 stars.
