It mixes really well with both water and milk, leaving no clumps, and it’s easy to digest. The protein content is excellent, making it a great choice for recovery and muscle building.The chocolate flavour is good, but to my taste, it could be a bit richer or more natural. So less chocolatey than I expected. I mix with water so maybe milk would give it a more smoother finish.Nutritional content is good for one scoop.
