Excellent product and service
This may be an unusual story for you. As a teenager I was a hula hoop champ. That was in late 50's early 60's. Now at almost 74 I have had to give up various exercise groups I belonged to as I am a carer for my husband. I thought I would send for your hula hoop so that I can do some exercise at home. I have surprised myself and can still hula hoop like I could nearly 60 yrs. ago, Just not for quite as long lol. I have recommended your product to my friends. Many thanks.

Well impressed
This hula hoop is great, being of a certain age and not 'hooped ' for more than 50 years I forgot how much fun this was. First few times I think I bent down more picking it up. I like that they have improved and have different levels. I did follow there guidelines and I'm well impressed with how I'm doing. Would recommend.

Great hoop! :-)
I have been using the hoop most evenings for 20 or so minutes while watching TV. It had been recommended I use a hulahoop to build up core muscle strength as I spend hours a day sitting at a desk and am having sciatic nerve pain down my leg. I can't say it has helped with that yet, but I do feel better overall - stronger, with more energy and spring in my step. I can't compare this hoop with others, as it's the only one I've used, but I haven't had any issues with it. It was easy to assemble and I now split it into half for storage during the day (slots behind my bed, so you dont' see it) and just put it together again when I use it. It took me about 5 minutes for my body to remember hooping as a child and to get back into a rhythm to be able to keep going without the hoop dropping to the floor all the time. If you feel in any way attracted to the idea, try it! It's fun and you can watch TV at the same time, so you don't get bored. Oh - and you don't need a huge space to do it in. I live in a small studio room. I would say I have 2.5m squared for my hooping. I can fully recommend both the hoop and the hooping! :-)

Brilliant
Wow, it’s hard.... but after reading reviews I was expecting bruises etc.. but wasn’t expecting how out of breath and heart rate increase as much as it did! Really good work out! Just need to persevere as, well, i never could hula.. but getting there.. all in all really good!!

Highly recommended.
I love it. Easy to use once you get used to it. Brilliant that it unclips so you can take it anywhere. I used it every days for months until the osteo arthritis in my hip became too painful. I lost weight and toned up my waste, stomach and hips (slightly) and look better for having used it.

Do NOT buy - dangerous product
Purchased this hula hoop as I love weighted hoops as a way to get fit and have tried a variety. This product, however, is incredibly dangerous. I assembled it as instructed and listening for the click for each section to check it was in place. Then began hooping, only for the hoop to fly apart after the third rotation with such a force that it became EMBEDDED in a nearby cupboard. I had to pull strongly to get it out of the hole it made. If someone or a child had been nearby, it would have been incredibly dangerous.I don't know if this is a defective product but it was assembled as per the instructions and still flew apart violently. AVOID.

Fun exercise equipment.
Man does it bruise!!! They should’ve mentioned that in the info. This has a couple of little niggling things wrong with it, like the foam pieces not being synced up when connected and the bits are a bit warped..(I needed a bit of strength to bend and connect it all), but apart from all that I do like it. It’s fun and I think it is doing something... not sure what yet 😁

I love my hula hoop and recently recommended it to 3 ...
I love my hula hoop and recently recommended it to 3 friends who have also been happy with it once they mastered the technique. Just 10 minutes each day is all you need to keep your tummy and hips trim, so easy you can do it in front of the TV.
