Very good product. I've used it to bake a cake called Grinch-slice for Christmas. It turned out very yummy. I will order more when I am going to bake this cake again. Recommend. Great service too.

I used this as part of a vegan Pistachio Orange and Lemon cake. Imbued both a wonderful flavour and dramatic colour. Everybody loved it. I was a little reticent when the jar arrived but the effect was superb. This will become a standard in my kitchen for special occasions.

I was looking for pistachio paste to make ice cream and cakes and found this. I trusted the label as I'm sicilian and I know the difference between real pistachios and the cheap version that is only sugar and colorant. As I opened the jar I already understood this was good, it has a very dark brown colour and smells amazing. I tried making cheesecake with it and it was as good as sicilian ice cream. Unfortunately I have tried to purchase more but it shows as "not available" on amazon.

I made some pistachio creme pat for some profiteroles. I didn't realise how oily this stuff is and using a piping bag was a feat needless to say spent about an hour cleaning the stuff up. Saying that tasted great.

This product is just pistachios - no other ingredient. It's perfect, if pricey, for so many baking ideas. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Recommend if you want quality and enjoy baking.

I found it had a bitter aftertaste, did not have a very strong pistachios flavour and was an oddly dark colour. Previously I have made my own when making icecream and it was delicious. I poured my icecream mix down the sink this time as it was not nice at all. I don't really understand why this has won great flavour awards. I am a professional chef and believe I have a decent palate and I would not recommend this product.

This is a really high quality pistachio paste and helped me to make a delicious pistachio and chocolate cheesecake. Unfortunately the description said the weight of the package was 180g. A cook needs to know the quantity of the ingredient itself, not the total weight of the package.

People have said that it makes “the best pistachio ice cream they’ve tasted.” Not bright green in colour but natural looking. On my second jar! First one made 3 large batches of ice cream.
