I was turning into crazy menopause lady. Permanent PMT and grumpiness. Started taking these before my children disowned me (or I really lost the plot) 2 weeks later and I could feel the calm arriving. 3 years on and I still have an odd crazy day but overall I'm more mellow.

Was going through stage of tears/anger, my son went to a pharmacist and told them my symptoms and came back with these herbal tablets. I took them for a month and noticed my symptoms was not so bad. So continue taking rather than go on HRT. I feel they help me.

Labels says it contains all the vitamins and minerals ladies of 50+ need. Been on this since I began the menopause at age 50. I am also on HRT to control the hot flushes and brain fog.

Really helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms - doubly confirmed by the fact that if you ever forget to take it, you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat!

Bought on the recommendation of a friend. I did not believe that it would work quickly. My health improved every day, after a few weeks of taking it, I felt completely different, thought differently and could do, think and even remember much more.

Mi viene chiesta una recensione ma, ahime, non posso che dire due cose: l'ho acquistato ma -ovviamente- non l'ho utilizzato perchè sono un maschietto e poi essendo ogni confezione da 90 compresse, per dare un giudizio, chi lo utilizzerà, dovrà prima attendere 3 mesi !

Llevo tomándolas desde hace unos 20 días y tenía debilidad en las uñas de las manos, se me partían, he tomado estas vitaminas y problema solucionado de la noche a la mañana. Creo que me servirá también para que no se me caiga mucho el pelo. Las volveré a comprar.
