I bought two other totes and returned them before settling in this. It is high quality and pretty. Good strapss and zippers. Good variety of pockets, and perfect size. Excellent, roomy water bottle/umbrella holders pockets. For my trip, I packed a large zippered pouch for embroidery projects, a kindle ereader, a 7" tablet, a 500-page paperback, sunglasses case, ear buds case, charging block, protein bar, my phone, and a wind breaker.It zipped easily and fit under the seat in front of me.

This is my carry on for every flight. It slips over the trolley handle, which I find essential. It is the second bag of this kind that I have bought (having liked the first one so much). Loads of storage, great fabric, perfect size. Love it!

Dispatch not only holds my laptop & headphones for work, but all my personal items. Lots of pockets. I now only need to carry one bag to the office.

I've been using this bag for just over a week, and I absolutely love it. The bag itself is lightweight (thanks, nylon!). I love that the laptop pocket is on one side of the bag and that the pocket has enough room to fit a notebook and other papers. There are a lot of functional pockets in practical places, so I'm not spending time looking for something.I use this as my purse, even if I'm not carrying my laptop, because I was tired of frequently having my purse and a bag. I have no issues carrying everything I need for the day, and I'm so glad I purchased this bag. The color (I got the purple color) makes a boring laptop bag a little more fun and feel less like just a business bag.The exterior side pockets fit my chunky 32 oz water bottle (which is more than I was expecting), but it can get snug with my 15" work laptop (it's easier to put my bottle in the pocket, then put my laptop in the bag, but it's still doable if I have the laptop in the bag already).I haven't traveled with this yet, but love that one of the outside pockets unzips to fit over luggage handles. It makes all the difference lugging a laptop through the airport.The bag itself seems really sturdy and well made. I expect that I'll be able to use this for several years, and I can be kind of tough on my bags.

i love Baggalini bags and this one is no exception. I bought it for my first conference trip since January 2020. It is attractive and well-made, and as always has thoughtful touches. I really appreciated the ability to put my bag on my suitcase as I rolled it through airports and parking garages. The phone pocket is exactly where it should be. The laptop insert is nice and thick. There are all kinds of pockets, and I am very short so I ditched the long strap and just use the two short straps over my shoulder, which is quite comfortable. I now also use this bag on the three days I work on-site, since it holds my laptop so well. I have never been a "two-purse" gal, but this bag made me a convert.

The size was perfect as a carry-on for air travel. It's light and has enough compartments to divide things. It fits my laptop perfectly. I was very pleased with it.

While this bag is nice, I think it would only hold a laptop and maybe a notebook. Maybe a charger as well, but that's about it. I don't think it'll hold all my purse doo-dads plus my work items. I'm going to go with a bigger tote. I also think the handles were a bit small and kept sliding off my shoulder. This is going back.

I carry a lot and travel for work. Shoulder straps are long enough to slip on easily and stay put. Laptop is secure. Can fit a S'well water bottle in outside pockets on each end of the bag. It looks sleek and professional and feels extremely well made. Has crossbody strap that I haven’t needed to use b/c the shoulder strap is so comfortable. Roomy inside, easy to stay organized with this bag.Will also use it to fly Air Canada - as a personal item, and this bag meets their picky requirements. I can fit laptop, Kindle, chargers, several files, and a sweater in the bag. Room for wallet and cell in front pocket. Luggage sleeve can be used as an additional pocket when not in use.I used to carry purse, laptop bag, work bag and lunch bag. Now just this and a lunch bag. It's sturdy, easy to wipe down and feels great. Initially thought it was pricey - was not familiar with Baggallini - but just love it. Worth every penny.

Zippers look and feel cheap. Bag is functional and serves its purpose. Pricing-wise, I bought it during a lightning sale. But it has remained more or less at that price point since my purchase!

The travel bag works really well however the shoulder straps are thinner than shown in the picture and I didn't like that. Otherwise there is plenty of pockets and room for a plane personal item bag.
