Whereas the diamond cross is a “layered “ system of manufacture If you watch the Stumpy Nubs video on choosing a diamond stone , it is all explained in detail there. Also the DWSCP8FC professional stone has a continue diamond surface on the fine side NOT a matrix system. Twice as much diamond per square inch , no fear of snagging in the holes and a much smoother cut.
