It's well built and serves it's intended purpose. I hope you never need such a device but if/when you do, this one won't let you down. It's super annoying to configure if you used a 2nd remote or alert button but once set up, it's great. The support team are super helpful too.

Bought the bundle - with wearable button as well as bed and chair alarms. All work just fine. Too bad you can't replace the battery when the time comes, but I understand the safety issue. Has been very helpful with a roaming at-home patient. Alarm is plenty loud enough and easy to shut off, although I do wish we could shut it off from the pad as well as from the controller (which may be in another room).

No complaints. Dad pushes the button and providing the remote is turned on and flashing, it will beep when he calls for assistance. A nice addition to the bed alarm as it can be used in and out of bed. Has a lanyard to wear around the neck or to tie through a belt loop or where ever. This is an add-on device to the bed alarm remote and CANNOT be used without the bed alarm and remote package.
