I’ve been using these mainly to prune roses and unlike cheap ones that I have had before.. these have lasted! Previous cheap ones would result in a the spring in the shears coming out ( due to force of pruning), this has NOT been the case with these shears. Very happy!

These secateurs fit easily in my hand and the spring is not too strong so cutting through vegetation was very straightforward. The fact they come with a spare spring is a brilliant idea as that is how my last pair died

I have only had the pruners for a week and so far I am very pleased with them. I recently moved and the garden needs some attention, all the roses need a great deal of work but I am limited to what I can do at this time of year. Sadly there are lots of dead areas on the roses and these pruners have had no problem with cutting through the various thicknesses. I have very limited use with my hands and I do not have the strength anymore, these pruners are comfortable to hold and being as sharp as they are they allow me to actually do some garden maintenance. The lock is also easy to use which is another bonus. The pruners come with a spare spring which is a bonus just in case the spring breaks. As I have said I have only had these for a week and so far I am very pleased with them and for the price they are very budget friendly. I would happily recommended for the able bodied as well as the less able.

For the price they are a nice pair of pruning shears which have done a lovely job so far. The bypass blade on these shears are great for getting clean, sharp cuts, unlike my old anvil pruners which tended to crush everything. Means these are fabulous for all types of pruning be it soft or hard material (especially roses) as they achieve that nice crisp cut with very little effort. Locking lever is easy to use whilst wearing thick gloves. Most importantly the lever hasn’t accidentally moved and locked the shears during use, something some shears are prone to doing. Only time will tell if the lever loosens up. Was surprised to see it came with a spare spring. Nice touch given I have thrown away a few shears because the spring got lost. I've owned a pair of these for almost 3 years and they are still going strong. Very sharp so be careful and wear gloves. They are lightweight and cut through all smaller branches and greenery. They go through brambles without any issue and are great for pruning roses. When they first arrived they looked a bit basic, small and lightweight, but their simplicity is what makes them last. No over engineering to break or fall apart like far more expensive ones have in the past. Highly recommended,,especially at such a great price. Update: I ordered a new pair of these recently as lost my original ones in the garden somewhere. The new ones have an altered design. They no longer come with a spare spring, although I never needed it before, or any lifetime guarantee card. And the locking catch has been removed and replaced with a metal clip at the end of one of the handles that goes over the other to hold them shut. This is now fiddly to lock with gloves on. But otherwise they look and cut the same as before.

This is a great little pair of pruning shears...literally! I'm no giant but this shears is for women hands, unless women have large, man-size hands. It's an excellent tool, sharp, well designed and made...only, it's too small. I'm a 5ft 10 average build man; my son bought this for me. It probably does the job fine but for me, it's like the difference between holding a Walther PPK or a Baretta! Too small, too light.

Bought these based on the excellent reviews they've been getting. Now happy to add to them! I was a bit surprised as to how light these were when I opened the box but on a close look there is nothing cheap or flimsy about them. Very comfortable to hold and the locking catch is easy to operate with one hand. I then headed out to the garden and spent the next 3 hours putting them to the test. They cut very well as they are extremely sharp, they even handle half inch bamboo without flinching, cutting cleanly and easily. I'm amazed at how they perform, especially at this price point and have no doubts that they'll go on for some considerable time to come. Ignore any reviews less than 5 stars, you won't regret buying these!

Es una tijera pequeña muy práctica y manejable,corta muy bien para podar. Yo la utilicé para la tuya y pequeños arbustos y me encanta lo bien que corta..es la segunda que compro, compré otra también para mí hermana y también está encantada con ella. La recomiendo.
