Love them
I bought these for energy on my longer runs. They are a really good energy boost but make sure you put them in a place in your running vest where there is no pressure, otherwise they crumble which makes them really hard to consume whilst on the move. Good value for money though and they taste amazing!

Great tasting and dissolves easily on your tongue while walking/running. Good energy boost and I like the fast it's flat and fits in my small water vest pocket

Great alternative to gels
Great alternative to gels when fuelling for endurance sports or just as a snack. Taste good, but can be a bit harder to consume compared to gels. Definitely worth a shot if you’re fed up of gels.

The same but different, but still just as nice
Smaller than I expected, but this also makes them easier to keep in a backpack hip pocket for easy access If you’ve had a Kendal Mint Cake, you’ve had this. It tastes a little like Raspberry, but not overly so. They did seem to help me keep going when wandering the Peak District for nearly twenty miles in a day. Partly due to what they’re made of, and because they are just so easy to store and access. They didn’t melt and over twenty miles, there was no degradation in quality. In terms of value for money, i’d prefer a couple of extra in the box for the price (Eight small ones are better than six medium ones, just because of storage/access etc). I got these in a sale, but i’m not sure i’d pay full price for them.

Eating this treat is very reminisciant of my day trips to the lake district as a child. Yummy!
So reminiscing eating a piece of one of the bars. I only used to buy this on day trips to the lake district. In tin foil bases. This formula didn't upset my very delicate tum. A lovely treat I'll buy again.

Very tasty mint cake. A bit expensive. But worth it.

Good but messy!
I love the flavour of these and the texture and they really do help to fuel me on a run......but....they are ever so crumbly, it's hard to keep them in one piece so by the end of a long run you're eating crumbs.
