Waterproof and solid.
Great. I replaced the included block connecter with Wago in line connectors as I like to use cable ferrules which are too large for the block. Seems very waterproof and mounts solidly.

Connecting outdoor security light
I bought this to connect my new LED outdoor security light to a main supply easy to connect and waterproof I used cable clips to anchor to the wall I’m giving 5 stars on how easy to set up.

Solid box - a bit fiddly, not suitable for twin and earth
I used this to install a new security camera. 8mm cable on one end, 13A twin and earth on the other. The box is very well made, great fitment and the two screws to clamp the gasket down are spot on. However, it's not a lot of space to work in, and with stiff 13A twin and earth, frustrating. I got there, but honestly, a floppy 8mm cable is the limit. It serves me right, I should have looked at the spec more. However, getting the 8mm cable in was only slightly easier than the twin and earth. I don't doubt the IP rating on it, but it could use a bit more room for manoeuvre.

It's simple to wire up.
Bought this to fit a new outside light which had only a short cable,this junction box was just the job and for the price a good piece of kit.took advise of a reviewer and went round the wire with silicon sealant for extra assurity but to be honest don't think it needed it.

Great product for job intended.. Sadly should have been white but received in grey😟

Works good. I have it mounted to a pond light that is hidden away. I would t submerge this, but will do the job to keep water out from rain.
