I previously used Selamlique’s caffeinated chocolate Turkish coffee flavour and it was great so I thought I would give this a go as my Mehmet Efendi decaf was finishing. This has a weird smell and taste and I’m not too sure if mine was a bad batch or if it actually tastes like that. I saw another person comment something similar so Selamlique just might not be good for decaf Turkish coffee which is a bummer.

Short code
I got this as a birthday gift a few weeks in advance, but it only has a few weeks left on the code, so I can't give it as a gift, now. Wasted money.

Not very good
I came to this brand having previously used the Mehmet Effendi decaf, which I love but which is not currently available on Amazon. Unfortunately the taste of this is markedly different, it's nowhere near as rich and dark and it's got vague undertones of plastic. Not for me.
