brought for a friend with parkinson's,who was having difficulty being heard ,worked very well ,just dont have the mic to close to the speaker or you will get feedback

I bought this for my mother in law who speaks with an electrolarynx. She used to struggle to be heard when there was any back ground noise. This amazing device changed that. Now she can confidently speak anywhere and is heard loud and clear. The joy on her face and the amazement of everyone when they first hear her makes this tiny investment worth it, every day

Good item

Bought this for my mother in law’s boyfriend. She was having difficulty hearing him speak ( muscles for speech are affected by Parkinson’s.). Was unsure if it would help but wanted a solution and tried it. She said it’s amazing, he is so happy that he has a voice again. And she is so happy to be able to hear him again. The carers were amazed too, I think they thought he couldn’t speak so didn’t even try with him. She has left it at the care home for him and the carers and I got a second one so that she could be sure it was charged up when she visits. For the price it’s amazingly loud and clear, no whistling feedback. I think it would be useful for tour leaders or teachers on trips with kids, for the coach or boat or bus instructions. But for Parkinson’s it’s a god send!

Works but not very loud. Screams feedback if you put the microphone near the speaker

very poor sound quailty, would send it back as virtually useless.
