Great, fine gain seasoning with an umami hit
Excellent flavour, salty and savoury. Best used as a post-dry seasoning in moderation (I use 1tsp per 500g biltong)

Great taste, but way too salty.
we brought this as we enjoy making Biltong and Jerky in our Ninja air fryer. The only problem is that the flour is soo salty. I ate it and give it a go again using less spice, but my wife threw hers away and couldn't eat it. Buy it, but we aware it's salty.

Spot on original biltong taste.
Used this for my first ever batch of home-made biltong and have nothing but praise for it. The blend is perfect and just the right amount of everything in it. Have been complimented non-stop on how tasty the biltong I made is and have been told it tastes even better than most UK saffa shops!! Bought another 4.5kg of Topside today and tomorrow shall be making more using this great spice. A real winner.

Unbelievably salty
This is SO salty, I’ve made one batch of biltong and had to throw away the whole bag as it’s inedible. I couldn’t taste any spices and had to spit it out. Pity

Lekker!
Since i bought a food dehyradtor for fruit i thought i would try this as good Biltong is quite expensive in the UK. Yes this stuff is a little salty, but hey its the proper flavour and its superb. If like me you miss your Lekker Biltong then this is the stuff you need. Lovely. Now to chew some with a beer while i wait for the Wors on the Braai.
