These have been great, pump filter and water condition is now perfect
These have been great, pump filter and water condition is now perfect. Just take your time to prepare the filter for them, they float and need to be submerged. I used a 55 gallon barrel, giant air stone at the bottom on bricks to keep out of any sludge and allows this to be drained through the tap, then put large ribbed tube cuttings first then these on top and finished off with the 3 grade foam filters and a water polishing fine filter top. Been running for 6 months now and have seen a big improvement

good stuff this, I have bought three bags of 25 litres, I used it in my 'home made pond filter system' (see you tube for the same title) a three barrel system and it works. a little pricey for what it is though..
