Received with bent trusses.
Update 2: Company sent a complete replacement free of charge and did not ask me to ship back the defective item. First they asked me if I would accept the original item at a discount, and I told them NO WAY. It is not structurally sound. Then they agreed to ship a replacement. The fact that I didn't have to ship back the defective item saved me a lot of hassle considering it's giant and super bulky. The replacement came in and it was undamaged and looks beautiful. It is very stable too. I am quite happy with the product. I have changed the review from 1-star to 5-stars because the customer service was excellent and the product is too. Update 1: Company contacted me and offered to replace the bent pieces. Will amend review once replacements are received. Original Review: Same experience as another reviewer. One of the metal trusses main leg was bent/crushed allowing no connection for screw assembly. I’m not gonna try to hammer it back into place because structural integrity is compromised. Obvious manufacturer build problem. And the only option available is to repack the entire bookcase, borrow a truck, and then ship entire bookcase back, & attempt repurchase at full price? Ugh. Will amend review if the company reaches out to help replace the bent truss. Thanks.

Item as described, really easy to put together and study. It is currently holding all of my books with no signs of wear or bowing or warping. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Quality Problems Prior to Shipping
Update: seller reached out and sent full replacement. One of the two middle metal trusses (Item #2) main leg was bent/crushed (2x) as well as the metal cross bar was welded 90 degrees rotated allowing no connection for screw assembly. Obvious manufacturer build problem with two mistakes on same truss. And the only option available is to repack the entire bookcase, borrow a truck, and then ship entire bookcase back, & attempt repurchase at full price? Ugh
