Excellent value
Bought to give two hanging spaces, seems wobbly at first but once all parts are tightened it is really sturdy. Not top quality but excellent value for the price and does the job perfectly. Very pleased.

Total garbage. Do not buy.
I had been hopeful that I would be lucky and get a stand that was not poorly made and wobbly but unfortunately not. I got this for my boyfriend and ended up grovelling and saying he could have my metal one instead and I would use this rubbish one but he said he couldn't stand the sight of it. It kind of looked like it had been opened before and all the screws and Alan key were loose in the box. The bags they had been in were ripped and the instructions crunched up at the bottom. The top hanger part was broken. Attempted to fix it but the dowels were beyond fixing and I couldn't get them out of the holes. Put it together anyway, hoping to screw it in place but it was so wobbly and unsturdy that I couldn't envisage it holding many clothes or lasting long. The finish is not good and the wood a composite type. I didn't get the splitting that others experienced but it wasn't good when put together and it was difficult to get the base level. The connecting rods were different lengths so they were either loose between the struts or they made the wood bow. Wood have been better if there were screw holes to attach the rods, as in the base and perhaps some rods to attach the front shorter part to the back. This design could work with some additions but sadly it's just poorly thought out, factory made rubbish. Should have taken the poor reviews seriously but I'm the 'give it a try' sort and I'm willing to mend things if needed. Well, I tried and it wasn't worth it. Disassembled it and boxed it up for a refund. My boyfriend just joked that I should say 'my boyfriend nearly left me upon receipt of this product'. He's joking but it seriously ruined our evening. I feel a fool for buying this trash.

Mmmmmm. Serves its purpose
Ok. I need to share why 3 stars. I prefer to say 2.5. Everything arrive, no missing pieces. Instruction (1 page), was inside of the box, but horrible to follow. So far no details, is more like guessing the best way to assemble it. Quality, you can feel at the touch is not well sanded, so the QA on this one was not really high standard 😅 Assemble, it was a very painful process. I read another review that used glue to help to set everything in place. I did the same. So screw, glue and patience helped to set this valet in place. Isn't sturdy, nop, I made some adjustments, otherwise was wobbling, but at the end is working. I don't know know if paying more for others, same design, would be easy to assemble or better quality, but I guess does exactly the same. So, if you want to pay more and maybe save yourself from the pain to assemble this, yes, make sense. Otherwise, get yourself ready for a little of badmouthing 😅 while trying to make it work. So it works, it is not superb quality, but serves its purpose :)

Good quality valet stand
This is a great valet stand, I got it to organise my worn-but-not-dirty clothing. It stands up great, it's a little bit flimsy, but not in a bad way. It stays up and can take a lot of weight. Nevertheless, it was an absolute pain to assemble. It you have someone to help you, it won't be a problem, but because parts have to be held together while screwing, it's quite difficult to do as a single person.

Great practical piece of furniture
I didn’t experience any of the issues that other people had. The pieces are well made and painted well and it went together easily. Yes it is a bit light and may not last for several years but it’s also much cheaper than comparable products. But overall I’m very happy with it.

Very poor quality
I’m really disappointed with this product. The parts are uneven, some holes are not properly drilled (or missing entirely), and one piece cracked while I was trying to screw it together. The holes also don’t align with the parts that are supposed to fit in them, making assembly almost impossible. Overall, the quality is very poor and definitely not worth the money.

Not great
Missing pilot holes, luckily have a dremel but due to trying with just the screws supplied first (I assumed the pilot holes weren't there because it wasnt needed as there were two pilot holes for another piece of this frustrating puzzle) result is a slightly wonky base with screws that are not flush. It is placed on carpeted floor which hides the fault, but wobbly on wooden floors. Would not purchase again. Looks good from a distance but up close, one of the sunken screw holes has scratches from a missed attempt by a previous customer or complacent manufacturer, pieces are not even and don't slot securely in, which makes this a little like playing jenga without any of the fun. Best part, when trying to balance it all, the missing pilot holes make sure you can do this all again from the beginning! It looks like a returned cutomer purchase however I bought this brand new. Not worth it's current price, would maybe buy for £25 and under. Still a bit annoyed, writing this with sawdust all over me, a reminder of the lovely previous 45 minutes I just had.

Smarter than you think
If you can't afford an exercise bike to hang your clothes on this is the next best thing. Bery useful and tidy ( a lot less space than an exercise bike). Keeps your clothes in shape and good order ready to wear. I work from home slot so can wear the same clothes for a few days without them bring mucked up or overly creased. So using this leads to less washes, both environmentally and economically sound. Also great tp hsve your smart clothes ready the night before so no last minute preparing when you should be out and about. Easy to assemble.
