Value and quality
I love Prym ergonomic crochet hooks. The hook size is correct and the handle size works nice.

I really like the way they feel when crocheting. Not too bulky.

Grips are not what they seem
Handles are hard plastic NOT a soft rubber. they are soft to the touch but not a "squishy soft" if they were of a more ergonomic grip, i would class them really close to the Clover Amour hooks.

Not as soft gripped as I wanted
The handles were a little on the harder side and slightly thinner than I hoped. I liked the variety of sizes and the metal hooks were great for yarn glide. I liked the colors too. Overall, a good buy, I just wished they were slightly different. Might suit your crochet style if that's what you prefer.

Great crochet hook set
These have been really nice for both amigurumi and wearables and the price is absolutely worth it compared to buying them each individually. They’re a lot more comfortable compared to other metal crochet hooks I’ve used. I can’t speak towards longevity though, since I’ve only had them for a few months.

Perfect grip for me
I love these. Just the right length. No thumb indent. I use the knife grip and the lack of thumb indent makes it easier to roll the hook with my fingers as I crochet. Less wrist movement so less pain. I can crochet for longer stretches of time. It’s also faster for me. I can’t speak for pencil grippers. I would recommend this set. I have 2 sets.

Not for me
I’m sure these would be great for someone else, and there isn’t anything inherently wrong with them, they just don’t work for me. I have long fingers and overall larger hands for a woman, and these hooks are just too short. I tried them because I absolutely love the plastic Prym hooks and after 2 years of daily use, my favorite plastic Prym hook started to “stick” to the yarn. I guess I wore down the smooth coating.

Good quality. Lots of cheaper alternatives out there, but so glad we went for a good brand. Nice weight, comfortable, well made. Pay a few extra quid and go for this quality.

Ich habe diese Prym Häkelnadeln bestellt um meine alten auszurangieren und weil ich mit Prym Stricknadeln gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Meine neuen Nadeln sind super, sie liegen gut in der Hand und der Hals ist in Proportion mit dem Häkelhacken damit das Garn nicht hängenbleibt. Der Griff fühlt sich angenehm an und man schwitzt auch nach langem Gebrauch überhaupt nicht. Sehr schöne Nadeln - auf jeden Fall zum Weiterempfehlen.
