Bothy Threads Cross Stitch Kit - Beach Hut Fun

Great Project! Arrived on time, very well packed, presented in a clear plastic bag with everythung needed to complete the project. Good supply of threads, fabric, and detailed instructions of how to do the cross stitch, also a web link for a demonstration video. I thoroughly enjoyed making this, and completed it in around a month. I have it framed in a lovely wooden frame and I'm displaying it on my bathroom wall, where it matches the sea side theme I have in there. This was my first ever cross stitch project and it was really easy to do. Bothy Threads say that if you need any more threads to just email them and they will provide them, free of charge. What great customer service. Would definately buy from them again.

I'm still doing mine only have the sea to go. The kit itself is fantastic. There are advisories in there before you start. Definitely read if you're like me and haven't had a go in a long time! The material itself is soft, doesn't break easy, very nice to work with. The guidelines are easy to follow. There are two copies for you to follow. One for the whole picture itself and one to show where the out the outlines afterwards. I only worked off the one sheet and taped them all together so it was easier to work with. My only advice is this kit would of been amazing topped off with a needle!

This is the second kit from Bothy I have had, the instructions are brilliant, I love their designs, it is a fine way of working as you are using one thread doubled but gives a very neat fine finished project!!

Lovely colourful gift for a friend who resides by the seaside, and loves doing cross stitch. Good clear instructions and threads already sorted for you.

Bought as a gift. It has given hours of stitching pleasure. maintain a level horizon has been a bit of an issue, or so I'm told.

So this was the first cross-stitch kit I have attempted since I was about 8 years old. I found it to be easy to do once I got started. Now that it is framed it looks very bright and fun. I have since bought and completed two more Bothy Threads kits and have re-discovered my childhood love of embroidery as I am now moving onto making cushions. I would happily recommend this kit, but I would say that you have to be patient as it doesn't come together until you start outlining, but it is worth it!

This was the first time I had attempted a grown up cross stitch having previously enjoyed doing kid's sets with my son. The instructions were very clear and even though I doubled up on the blue sea, I still had plenty of thread left over. It took me about six weeks to complete and it looks lovely. I am having it stretched and framed as a Christmas gift. Highly recommended.

Very clear instructions, pattern coding and top tips that were very useful. Delivered promptly and fully resourced. Just needed to read, pick up the needle to start stitching. Would definitely buy another pack for myself and would consider purchasing as a gift.
