I had been wanting a new desktop computer for some time. I had actually ordered two from different companies in the past 6 months but sent them back for refund because of some issue that came up. I decided to "pull the trigger" one more time, this time with JSM Computers. This is a refurbished unit so I expected to see some slight damage to the case or some evidence that it had been worked on. I was highly suprised to find none. Also, the unit was securely packed and encased in a form inside the shipping box.The computer comes with Microsoft Windows 11 pre-installed. It took me about 3 days to "get up to speed" with it, but I finally understand how it operates. I've installed all my previous programs and they are working fine. Office 365 is installed but it's a trial program. If the owner wants it as permanant installment, it's necessary to subscribe and pay an annual fee for it. I had my own copy of Office 2021 which I installed and it's working great.This unit is called a small form factor computer which means it's small in size, but it's loaded with features. It comes with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so this allows me to connect to my home internet and connect my phone to the computer as well. I'm able to send and receive Text messages and make calls from the computer through my phone now.another thing that it came with was a built-in DVD-RW burner unit. These are almost non-existent in computers now. I have a lot of disc with data, music, and photos I wanted to use so the addition of this drive was very important to my search and purchase. It also has a HDMI connection so I was able to easily connect my wall mounted monitor .JSM Computers also included a wireless keyboard and mouse which I didn't really need. I installed the batteries and decided just to go ahead and use them. They do not have an on-off button which I i miss but they are ready to work anytime.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this computer if someone is looking for a small unit with a lot features. I would also recommend buying from JSM as they send instuctions on setup and tech support information. Plus, they package their products well for shipping.

The unit did not come with the wi-fi unit only one dongle for keyboard or mouse. My desktop at home has one for each but it is old built in November 2023. Maybe they changed them since then.

I got what I ordered. It works! I am happy! What better praise is there?

I've been using it for a few weeks now and everything is pretty good! It arrived in seven days, packed well, and everything promised was in the box. The wireless keyboard wasn't working properly, and a refund or exchange was offered. I had some questions at the start and when I called I talked to someone right away and all issues were resolved easily and quickly. I do not use it for heavy gaming or programs, but mainly for streaming, surfing, email, small time games etc., and it works very good for that. It is very small, light, fast and quiet. I am glad I saved some money and kept some stuff out of the trash that still has some life left. All the components were as advertised, 1 TB hard drive, 32 gig ram, 8th generation chip, windows 11, the latest wi-fi, and everything is working very well. There were better rated companies and products, but this company and product was not bad, and I am glad I did this deal with them and would do it again. I just hope it lasts for a few years to get good value from it, but if not, I did get the extra warranty, and I have faith that any issue would be fairly resolved through Blair Tech. I am happy with it, Thank you.

This is a Dell computer, refurbished, and that being said, it works as advertised. It looks, inside and out, like it has never been used and is brand new. I have more to say about the vendor, TekRefurbs, than about the computer itself. The originally shipped unit was missing parts that were advertised and were the reason I purchased this particular model. I contacted TekRefurbs through Amazon message explaining my complaint. They replied within 10 minutes, took immediate ownership of the problem, and presented three options from which I could chose to resolve my issue. Immediately after picking option 3, they sent instructions about returning original and promised to ship replacement as soon as FedEx informed them they had package. As promised the next day the replace was shipped via UPS. It arrived today, and again the computer looks brand new and has the parts I needed. TekRefurbs was very easy to do business with and did not try to hide behind Amazon as so many of the vendors seem to do. This is my third refurbished computer and I only wish I had been aware of TekRefurbs when I got the first two!!

This rebuilt computer is fast and quiet. Everything works exactly as advertised and exceeds my expectations. I recommend this product and the Tek Refurbs company.

Initially thought it was great value. Light, didn't take up much space and performed well. 18 months in, had the BSOD and can't get to main log in screen. Now, isn't turning on. Also, it wouldn't let me use my log in pin...I had to click around and use authenticator, but acting super buggy.Wouldn't recommend, you get what you pay for. Going to computer repair store tomorrow, hope it isn't an arm and a leg.

The equipment arrived as described; packed securely; easy start up; and runs fast and very smoothly. Very satisfied with re-furb purchase thus far!!
