Great value, great quality.
Sturdy and easy to fold away. Highly recommend. We never got the little plastic (cheap-feeling) to work, but we use our phones and sports watches to check our heart rates.

Great piece of equipment!
I love my little machine, it was easy and quick to assemble, the tools necessary were included. I think it's really good value for money. Aesthetically it's not an eye soar like some gym equipment can be, the frame isn't thick or heavy and i really like the orange. It comes with a DVD giving you two exercise prgrams which i followed at first until i felt confident i knew what to do with it. The 360° feature is amazing and really gets your inner and outer thighs going. You will need to spray the bolts with some form of lubricant cause it can be quite creaky otherwise but i had seen this in the reviews so knew it wasn't just mine. I'd say go for it!!!

Good quality, fun to use!
Right out of the box - was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Sturdy build. I don't like assembling things but this was quite easy. It's bigger than I thought it would be but that is ok too as it is also more stable than I expected. Plus it does fold. I am using it every day since it arrived, multiple times a day, I find it so much fun. If you are like me and like eliptical trainers - this is for you. I also quite quickly started making up my own exercises rather than going with the recommended ones. I use it with no resistance at all currently but I like there are options to increase resistance in future. I'm very unfit and generally find exercise to be difficult but this has been an amazing and fun way to get me moving. I also have PPPD and this machine is so far great with helping me work on my balance. Cannot recommend this enough!

decent machine/rubbish craftsmanship
I thought the concept of the machine was good and really enjoyed using it for the couple of days I had it,then the foot pedal broke. one of the welds holding the foot plate to the swing arm just sheered off, I only weigh 72 kgs and its supposed to withstand up to 120 kgs, very disappointing, already recycled the packaging so its been hard to find anything suitable to send it back. I have to be in for the courier and no specific time has been given for pick up, what a load of hassle all because of poor workmanship. I'd like to order another one but its too risky as I can't see the machine lasting the distance. I have to wait now for a refund from amazon before ordering a suitable replacement , so much for keeping fit, I knew it was a bad idea!!!!

Get fit without the strain
The strider is amazing .it doesnt put a lot of strain on your body and you do as much or as little each day as you want..You find your own limit without stressing your body and its actually good fun working out on it.It really does give an all round workout as well if you want or you can focus on strengthening your weaker parts individually.I think the price is very reasonable. It came very quickly and was very well packaged and was quick to set up.Would definately recommend this strider to anyone thinking about buying one.

Glider and how to use quietly
Love this machine. Great for days I can’t go out for walks. I wanted to respond to people experiencing a horrendous squeaky noise when they use the machine. Thankful I haven’t experienced that, and I’ve had mine for nearly 2 months, and addicted to it. Have people ensured the wheels are attached to the back of the glider, and not the front, as per instructions? When I wheel my machine to the spot I want to work out, the wheels are from squeakvilke, the ears tense so much from the screeching. I’ve bought the recommended white lithium grease which should smooth out the friction. My guess is the high pitch squeak is from the wheels. If they are placed correctly, at the back, people should be able to exercise in peace.

Does what it says on the box... with a squeak
For the price, this is a pretty good item. It's solid and sturdy and offers quite a few different exercise options. However, it does make some noise, unevenly - i.e. more on one side than the other. This improves with the application of WD40, but it's never completely silent and the oil needs to be reapplied frequently. I noticed when it was first assembled that it was impossible to get the alignment exactly right on both sides so that probably has something to do with it. The one thing I would change if I could is the orange handles. They are the opposite of subtle, so this is really more of an eyesore in the living room than I had imagined, especially as it's effectively very difficulty to fold it up as demonstrated by the (very beefy) guy in the marketing video. It's heavy, and you need to be fairly strong.

Fixing the squeak.
I have a spinal problem and this walker is ideal for me as its low impact but the squeak is loud and annoying. Anyway here is how to get rid of it. You will need your small screwdriver that came with it ( or one of your own), a spray can of plastic friendly grease. I used a tin of 151 Super Grease I bought from a discount shop for a quid. I would advise against a petroleum based grease as it may eat into the plastic. If you can only get a pot of grease use a small artist paintbrush. At the top or your Glider is four stems which the legs hang off I found it easy to do these one at a time ( it takes about 20 to 30 mins to do all four) Choose a stem and undo the screw, remove the plastic cover and remove the washer. The washer is shaped so can only fit on one way. Grab hold of the orange sleeve and gently pull forward so its halfway off. There is no need to remove it completely. Hold a cloth under the sleeve and stem and spray the grease into the cavity at the end of the orange sleeve and around the pivot bar that is showing at the rear. The cloth is to stop the grease going onto the floor so it doesn't become slippy , there is no point is doing this if you break you leg slipping over afterwards :). When that is all done push the orange sleeve back on ( wipe away the residue ) and replace the washer and the cap . Screw down and move onto the next one. I suppose you can tackle all four but have fun putting everything back on if the legs fall off, I think one at a time is best. But apart from that for me personally it is a pretty good bit of kit and is helping me to build up my back muscles.
