Beast yeast. Best for a fast, dry fermentation
I just dry pitched this in a gallon melomel with around 2lbs of blueberries/cherries on top of 3.5lbs of orange blossom just to give it a challenge. It fermented to 0.996 in FIVE DAYS! Hungry beast! It did continue for another week very slowly to hit 0.992 ( I didn't step feed as I didn't want to push the abv too high, just wanted to test it) It includes DAP and bentonite, so less tasks to cover while pitching. I did add another half teaspoon of bentonite just because its a whole fruit melomel so I expect some pulpiness to leak from the muslin bag. This is cold crashing at the moment so fingers crossed for some clarity after racking (using a bucket so can't judge at the moment)

I made some apple wine but the fermentation wouldn't start, so I ordered some of this yeast which arrived next day. I added it to the wine and WOW, within a few hours it was bubbling away quite happily. It;s been going a few days now and there's a constant stream of bubbles. Will definitely be using this again when I make some wine.
