BEAR GRIP Multi Grip Straps/Hooks, Premium Heavy duty weight lifting straps/gloves

If you are looking to take your gym sessions to the next level these grips are the ones! Since I got them I’ve unlocked new strength I never knew I had, in addition they are super easy to use unlike other types of grips. 10/10 would recommend!

I have used these a couple of times now, and they have definitely helped me during my workouts, they have allowed me to concentrate on the movement itself, rather than my grip, therefore allowing me to lift heavier, in a more controlled manner.The straps are heavy duty with a nice padding on the wrist, whilst the hooks are made out a strong rubber.I think they should be able definitely for anyone who is looking to improve in the gym on any pulling movements.

These are not a good dupe of Versa Grip. Mine might have been faulty but they’ve completely broken within 5 months of average use. Decent use when I had them but can’t justify giving them more than 2 stars. Disappointing. I should have paid more for Versas.UPDATE: the seller seemed genuinely shocked by my issue with the quality. Offered to send a replacement pair in good faith. Have amended my rating to reflect this sound customer service.

Really decent - much better grip than a plain strap. Ideal for deadlifts and pull sessions. You’re able to grip better and lift heavier. I have recommended to several gym friends.

I saw Dr Mike Israetel talking about Versagripps on social media and checked out how much they cost. £60. Ridiculous. I saw these in the search results and they are exactly the same thing with great reviews at not even half the price of Versagripps.The first time I used them, I jumped up by 4kg per arm for shrugs. This might not sound like much but when you've been lifting for many years (naturally), it becomes a grind to even move up by a couple of kilos on your lifts, never mind 4kg, so this is a big deal.I also found these really useful for my end of gym session stretching. One of the stretches I finish off with is a dead hang and I find that my forearms are toast by the time I'm stretching off, so I can't dead hang for as long as I'd like usually. I could dead hang for double as long with this grips and I felt a great stretch in my back and shoulders.The only downside is that I'll now need to start targeting forearms more during the week but it's a fair trade-off for how much more I'm able to isolate my target muscle groups.

I initially bought these grips because they were more affordable than “brand name grips” and I was still skeptical about the effectiveness of these style of grip, especially because I didn’t get on well with traditional lifting straps.However, I was pleasantly surprised. These grips are a gamechanger for my pull workouts. Once I secured the bar, it didn't budge, which allowed me to just move weight without worrying about my grip. During my first workout with them, I achieved massive PR on bent over rows. They now have a permanent spot in my gym bag.

Does the job but not as good as my previous pair from Bear Grip. 10 months in and they’re starting to fall apart. Precious pair (brown leather ones) lasted me well over 5 years
