Great product Easy to take because the size is small

this is a great little filler between injections
For people who are b12 anemic, this is a great little filler between injections. My wife has been using it now for about 2 months and has felt better and had more energy. I tend to take one in the morning too and feel it helps me wake up and get my day going.

I have been taking these for years. They seem to work great and are easy to take.

Love it except for the taste
I think I'd love this except for the taste. It is way too sweet with stevia. I don't know why they thought this was a plan, but I don't like having that cloying taste under my tongue. I would actually prefer slightly bitter to this. Having said that, I do believe I've had an upsurge in energy - I didn't really expect that. I began taking this because I'm vegetarian and I saw the news that vegetarians (in India at least) tend to be deficient in these vitamins. I can say I've had more energy - noticeably so. I recommend this highly and the price is very good. If you can get past the taste then go for it!

Great pick me up
When I take this - and I don't take it every day - it gives me a definite lift for the day. It melts under your tongue so is very convenient to us and goes to work immediately. I believe we almost always need more B-12, B-6 and Folic Acid. I haven't had any side effects from it but like I said, I don't take it every day.

Easy to take
My bloodwork was bad. Doctor told me to use a good B12. Do not know if this fit the bill, but started using it and on 3 month follow-up appointment for bloodwork, my B12 was good.
