Good quality
Well made, looks good and most importantly it’s sturdy and drains well with a small spout/outlet to direct the water. Expandable so can be adjusted to size as needed. Recommended

Versatility
Once we experimented with the various options that the very different layout presented we were very pleased with the versatility of the drainer. Very sturdy and easy to clean

It looks good & is ok
Great idea with the option of a small drainer or extended if you need more draining space, but it does leak slightly on 1 side from the middle when extended. Looks good, easily washable as it all comes apart, shame about the leak. Ok but pricey for what you get.

Amazing quality, even for the price.
We buy a new one of these every couple of years as its by far the best dish rack I've ever used. Amazing quality, even for the price.

seems expensive, but well worth it.
I purchased this after using one in a holiday home for a week, after the first use I thought I must get one of these ! how sad is that ! but I am 61 so its to be expected. I have previously got through so many dish racks as they don't seem to last long before showing signs of rust even after drying the rack and not leaving dishes in them, also other plastic ones I have had tend to have so many silly intricate slots etc so you cant effectively dry them and end up with water scale spoiling them. This Joseph Joseph one is brilliant, its super smooth but not shiny or tacky looking and looks good on my black link drainer area. It dries well between the wires and all the plastic parts dry easily. I noticed how well the white plastic dipped parts are manufactured compared to many I have looked at in the shops. I can see this lasting many years and at 40 odd quid I was prepared to go for it as like I'd said I did actually get a trial run at using it a couple of weeks back on my holiday and was very impressed.

Love it! Stylish, high quality - worth the money
Stylish dish rack for our new kitchen - didn't want a cheap looking wire rack that falls over when you put plates or heavy pans in them. Really sturdy and holds heavy pans and plates fine. Great extendable feature, we leave it closed when not much washing up and then extend it for dinner time when we have pans, cups etc. The spout at the side is genius idea, runs straight into our side sink = no cleaning of the draining board. You can turn off the spout so it holds it in the rack if you want to tip away the water. Cutlery tray can be moved around, and great added feature so your cutlery isnt lying around the draining board. Cleaning - havn't tried to clean it yet as only had a few days but the rack comes out so i'm sure it's fairly easy. 100% recommend over a cheaper wire alternative and looks great in your kitchen too!

Impressive!
I bought this drainer to match the Joseph and Joseph bowl and together they look classy. The drainage channel on this drainer is very useful and empties nicely in to the half sink and the ability to expand the drainer when in use and push back to a nice compact square when not in use is a great design. A bit more money than I would ever thought I would spend on a bowl and drainer, but they really do compliment our new kitchen and will undoubtedly last a very long time. Worth the money!

relatively stilish and easy to clean
It's a dish rack. As those go, it looks better in my kitchen than the usual plastic tray. The 'spokes' are tall enough to hold even tall glasses and hold full-size dinner plates upright. There are a few reviews stating otherwise so I added a picture: two big and two small plates stacked in both possible directions and a tea mug to give you an idea of the size of the plates. The spokes are on a grill which can be lifted for easy cleaning of the tray underneath. The cutlery holder has holes in the bottom for drainage, which are big enough to be effective yet not big enough for even teaspoon handles to slide through. When the rack is not extended, drainage via the spout works well and in 'closed' position keeps the area under the rack dry. This being said, if you move the rack before the water has been allowed to drain, there will be some spillage. This is because the water accumulates in the lower tray, which is designed to be pulled out to extend the rack, and therefore has no 'edge' at the end under the main tray. This also means that the rack can only hold a limited amount of water before it starts spilling. For me it started spilling at just over half a tea mug of water. (Yes I did pour water over it to check how much it holds) With the tray extended, the water will leak and the more you extend it, the more it will leak. I have not tinkered with trying to elevate the feet opposite the drain to see if this reduces the leak without making things in the extended tray tumble over.

Love it! Neat and tidy, easy to use and to keep clean. Why did I take so long to buy this??

This looks good, has a low profile, is large enough for a full sink of dishes and cutlery. Drains water perfectly, PERFECTLY. Stays clean because of how well it drains. This is a far superior product to pretty much any drying system that isn't your actual dishwasher. It's the cleanness and how much it fits. So the rest of my counters are clear of clutter and water. I love that it's raised and has solid "feet and legs." It's raised enough for the area beneath to stay clean and dry and to maintain a low profile. I seriously love this thing. I have a window by my sink and didn't want to block any of the views of the hills and city below. Clear window, clear counters.
