It's button batteries - nothing else.
Slightly different packaging from the image shown, but they are batteries - mass produced, and functional. They seem to work just fine. Very cheap.

Sie tut zuverlässig ihren Job, ohne Ausfälle oder Überraschungen. Mehr kann man von einer Knopfzelle eigentlich nicht verlangen. Pro: ✔ Sehr einfacher Einbau ✔ Lange Haltbarkeit ✔ Zuverlässige Qualität Contra: ➖ Bisher nichts zu beanstanden Eine Batterie, über die man nicht nachdenken muss – und genau das ist ein Kompliment. 🔋😄
