Great freezer

Excellent little freezer, but inadequate packaging
Nice little freezer that works well and is surprisingly quiet. The door lock is trivially easy to defeat with a screwdriver, but that doesn't matter to me since I don't need the lock. I was surprised at how much stuff I could fit in the freezer. It's like a mini TARDIS! It's an excellent product, but I've only awarded 4 stars because, in common with many other reviewers, my freezer turned up damaged due to inadequate packaging. I negotiated a satisfactory resolution, but supplier really needs to package these items better if they're being sent via a normal parcel courier company to avoid this type of complaint.

Grate little freezer
Grate little freezer came quick well wrapped up a perfect size frezzer capacity for storing Snake food. Well easy to use like the fact it has a little lock comes in handy.

Be careful - this item turned up faulty and seller won't cover return postage
The (frankly unnecessary) lock on this item makes it very difficult to open and close the door unless you have very long fingernails or can use something to prise it open. As a result, I requested a refund as I don’t believe that it is fit for purpose. Seller is arguing and suggested that I “changed my mind” and it is my fault that I can’t open and close the door leaving me responsible for return postage which is substantial given size and weight. I have escalated to Amazon but would not recommend this item or this seller. Their products are not fit for purpose and their customer service is rude and unpleasant.
