Good quality propolis
I’ve been taking these for a while now and I’m very pleased with the quality. The capsules are a good size and not hard to swallow, and I like that they’re 100% suitable for vegetarians. Iam a first time user and am already impressed with the results. Due to summer heat, my face got so messy with lots of pimples and dark spots but I see it's clearing! My night sleep has improved , I sleep like a baby 😀I don't know if it's the pills or not. But I had a problem of failing to get sleep at night.. . I will definitely buy a second bottle xx
