I don’t really use beard products, usually just shave it off once it uncomfortable and itchy. This time I thought I’d try a different approach. I really had no idea what I was doing so I started in stages. First the oil then the balm and now finally the shampoo. WOW! What a difference this shampoo has made vs my normal body soap (imperial leather). This beard shampoo has a very pleasant smell and lathers up very well. My beard reaches down to the upper part of my sternum and I find one squirt is all I need. Just washing the beard with the soap and warm water then blow drying it leaves it feeling soft, as opposed to a wire brush strapped to my face. I’ve also found my beard is no longer itchy. It used to get itchy even after applying beard oil. Since I’ve started using this shampoo along with the beard oil, no more itchy beard. The first thing that captured me attention was the small black bottle with a label on it. I know this is a small company but premium quality you expect a better class of packaging, in a shop amongst other brands you would walk past this! And the bottle is small, 100ml is not a lot for your money! Using it you do only need a pea sized amount that creates a soft creamy lather. It has a mild sandalwood fragrance and not too potent, just right for me. It leaves your beard soft and clean and smelling nice, exactly what you want! In conclusion this is a very good product but unfortunately I think the price is a bit too much and packaging a bit poor. 4/5

Bought one of these as I had been using their premium beard oil for a while and liked it. The beard wash is very light and a small amount foams up easily and goes a long way. It certainly gives my beard a lovely soft feel afterwards and I really like the fragrance. It's the same as the beard oil, a smell of sandalwood and vanilla. I am now a daily user of both the shampoo and the oil. Only wish they made an anti-perspirant deodorant and shower gel with that fragrance and I'd have all bases covered!

Lathers up straight away and smells nice too. Just a small amount produces the cleaning you need. So the bottle should last for sufficient time making the product even more economical.

Product is runny, smell isn’t great, leaves the beard dry.

I recommend this stuff all day long to anyone who will listen, in my experience it's just as good as the more expensive brands. It keeps my beard soft, clean and dandruff free also it smells great

This is a great beard wash. I'm a huge fan of GFCC beard oil and beard balm and was very pleased to see that they make a matching beard wash. The wash itself is excellent - helps to make your beard nice and soft. The smell is wonderful! My only criticism is that the beard wash is fairly runny and would probably benefit from being a little bit more viscous to help it stay in the hand while applying it. Otherwise faultless, I will definitely buy more when my current tub has run out.

I've been using this now for a few days and it is a game changer for me. It smells lovely. It isn't too strong but that's why it is so good because it isn't overwhelming. Leaves your beard feeling soft. It was a must purchase for me because you can use it daily. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to buy a good quality beard wash.
