Is this large size bean or small?

I would say less than half the size of your average petit pois (uncooked).

Do they need soakong before sprouting?

Rinse them first, put them in a container (jam jar with muslin over top) with a small amount of water in and leave them somewhere with some light. Rinse and change the water twice a day. Should be ready to eat in about 3 days.

Are they processed alongside wheat products?

No idea. They sent me split beans instead of whole beans which were for sprouting. I complained and asked for a refund. I heard nothing. Very disappointed. So I can’t recommend Natco
