Very efficient and cold without needing to put in the freezer.

This is a repeat buy. I have one already and love it. I’ve bought this ready for the summer, when my granddaughter comes to stay. We can have one each.

Really good, stays cool longer than just looking for the cool spot on the bed. It cools down fairly quickly once you move off it for a few minutes. Worth the price 👍

Such a relief for my very hot feet.

I really hate trying to get to sleep on warm pillows. I drive my wife mad most nights when I am turning my pillows over in an attempt to find that little patch of cool pillow. So when I saw this advertised I jumped to buy it. Putting it in the fridge for a while before bedtime, you are able to get a nice cold insert for bed. I found that slipping it in between the pillow and pillow case was the best for me as I didn't like using it laid on top of the pillow due to the plastic covering. However, I found that due to body heat, this insert heated up quickly even after being placed in the fridge or freezer. It ended up being quite uncomfortable due to the heat it had taken in and always ended up on the floor of the bedroom before the end of the night. Whilst it's great for that initial cooling, it could really have done with being able to dissipate the heat better so that it stays cooler for longer. I'm really struggling to recommend it, especially since I've purchased this there are cheaper copies available. I'd look to go for a cheaper one than this. Realising from others' reviews that these are best used at the time that actually required rather than 'per se' and expecting them to provide an ongoing cooling sensation, I tested this out for the first time last night. [Context: I had been using a supplement for nightsweats which had been very effective for 2+ months but then the effect wore off and I'm currently taking a hiatus before resuming them in the hope of renewed effectiveness.] At the stage during the night when the hot flushes and nightsweats became overwhelming, I put this mat in the bed under the hottest part of my body ie the torso, and it gave the much-required & welcome immediate relief without being *too* cold (which was my concern as I am prone to being cold generally, and also have been experiencing some intense shivering amidst the hot flushes and nightsweats). As time wore on, my temperature gradually altered from the much-welcomed cooling effect to stabilising at 'just right' comfort for the hours thereafter. Very pleased with it and hoping it will see me through the 'supplements hiatus' and beyond when resuming them, both for nightsweats (either on the pillow or as a mat, depending on whether my neck or torso most requires it) and to sit on during daytime hot flushes. Seems robust and good quality.

Wow really kept me vhilled

Bought one of these because I can't stand the hot nights, as rare as they are in the UK! Was very pessimistic but at the price it was worth a go. When I took it out of the box I was a bit worried as you couldn't feel the coolness and it was very heavy but the first night I placed it on top of the pillow and must say the cooling was fantastic, albeit a bit of a strange feeling. Surprisingly comfortable to lie your head on as well. Awoke a few hours later and the coolness had subsided but was delighted to see that just flipping over to the other side worked. The third night was particularly hot and the pillow didn't do a great job but placed it in the fridge during the day and it was very cool with a pillow case over it. It doesn't stay cool in hot temperatures all night but I doubt you will find a product that does. So far therefore very pleasantly surprised and may buy another for my feet!

good purchase. put in fridge to get very cool for those days over 90 degress/30 c. does heat up overvtime and will cool off if you do not contact. i would suggest getting two. that way you can swap out in the middle of the night if you wake up warm. really helps aid my ability to fall asleep quickly because of the coolness roght out of the fridge

Lo devolví . La frescura dura unos minutos, cuando se calienta con el calor de la cabeza, insoportable. Sudas el doble al no traspirar. No lo recomiendo.

J'ai déjà un article similaire mais plus petit, ça fait un bien fou quand il y a canicule, pour s'endormir ou pour se rafraîchir 👌👍😜 Par contre déçu, parce que l'article est envoyé dans la boîte d'origine seulement 😔😔😔

Per caso ho trovato questo prodotto e devo ammettere che funziona! Senza doverlo mettere in frigo, tiene fresca la zona a contatto. Lo sto provando per capire quanto tempo rimane fresco.
