Biotin B-Complex Thickening Conditioner, 14 fl oz (397g)

I bought this to go with the shampoo after first buying that and loving the smell. I was a bit worried that this conditioner would be drying and leave my long hair difficult to comb but that is definitely not the case for me! It is the richest conditioner I have ever used, I love the fact that it is so thick and creamy and feels nourishing when applying it. Normally conditioners are too runny and with this you need to use less as it so creamy so that makes it good value for money. As well as smelling wonderfu! ( a subtle hint of lime) this conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft without weighing it down, easy to comb and shiny! My hair is normally so dry at the ends but since using this conditioner it it feels moisturised without having to apply any other products. It is the best conditioner I have ever tried and I really hope they never change the recipe! I don't think it has made my hair look any thicker yet but that is hard to judge as it is falling out from (hopefully!) seasonal hair loss at the moment. What it has done though is made my hair look healthier and I enjoy washing my hair again now and feel much happier.

Made a difference to hairloss, in fact even normal daily hairloss slowed down. I use this to co-wash now, ie use as my shampoo, left on for five minutes, massaging into scalp for a minute. Really good stuff.and my fine, flyaway hair looks lustrous, shiny and very healthy. Update 24/8/17: on the perennial hunt for supernaturally perfect hair I ceased this conditioner & matching shampoo & switched to co-washing & then shampoo bars. Both had glorious results, temporarily - before hair problems resurfaced on a sudden. I've returned to this matching shampoo & conditioner because they work long term and hair grows luscious and long and stays that way. After two uses of the matching shampoo & this conditioner this formula seems to have slammed on the brakes, my hair is recovering. There are no silicones in these formulas which is why some used to the lacquer that gives a synthetic shine but seals the hair from health and oils and in the end so ruins it, find it initially looks drying. But in my experience this is the way forward, hair can't become healthily beautiful if it's sealed in behind a suffocating silicone lacquer wall which is also very hard to remove and stops real treatments and oils getting through & truly nourishing the hair. Silicone is makeup for the hair, ditch it & see what care your hair actually needs to get the most beautiful hair long term.

I previously bought this shampoo and really liked it—it foamed well, cleaned my hair nicely, and left it feeling fresh. But this time, I received a completely different version. It doesn't make any foam, no matter how much I use, and it feels like it's not cleaning my hair at all. I don’t know if they changed the formula or sent the wrong product, but it’s definitely not the same as before. Very disappointed with this purchase. I won’t be buying it again unless I can be sure it’s the original one I had.

A pleasant not to harsh on the aged hair and consistently reliable product. Been using for several years now. A touch expensive but I FEEL GOOD using it. Unsure about it claim to strengthen and reduce hair loss but for me it feels good.

In terms of price, it’s expensive with the outcome I felt of using it couple times. It did not smooth the hair after washed.

I use the shampoo in this range, as I get much less hair fall, so thought I would try the conditioner. It doesn't condition my very fine, quite long hair very well, leaving it quite tangly, so won't continue to use it, but still a fan of the shampoo.

this product is amazing! it made my hair fall off less than it was before almost after first use. I can feel the different while using both conditioner and shampoo my hair feel stronger and i lose less of it during the wash, both shampoo and conditioner smell very very nice and herbal i really like it, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone with problem with thin and falling hair. my hair it is aswell damaged by bleaching quite a lot i can see difference in my hair appearance aswell along side less of it falling off, I would say it started growing faster as my roots getting bigger and bigger. I stopped bleaching my hair for now to support the treatment and dyed it for my natural brown color and it looks lots of healthier now :)

I have been using this for more than a year now. My hair fall stopped after using this. Its really good shampoo just don't use it everyday as it makes hair dry.
