It’s the first step to a healthy lifestyle
I decided to take control of my health and this was the first test I chose to do. It was super easy and fast. I love the fact that I can do this in the comfort of my own home. They provide everything you need for the test and give detailed instructions for how to appropriately conduct the test. The results were fast . It is cost effective which makes me happy. I love the ability to get to the root of my health issues without having to book a dr appointment. Now I am making steps in the right direction for optimal health. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get healthy.

Great Product - Easy To Use
The test kit was easy to use with clear instructions (both written and video). The device used to prick my finger was also easy to use and effective. A pre-addressed envelope was provided which also made this easy to use. I'm looking forward to receiving my results.

Cheaper and Easier Than Blood Work at the Doctor
I’ve gone a long time without health insurance, but as I’ve been working toward becoming healthier as I get older, I wanted to get a better look at my biomarkers. In the past I’ve used independent labs for blood testing. While cheaper than seeing a doctor without insurance, it still wasn’t cheap and those labs usually draw a decent amount of blood. Unfortunately I also tend to faint during blood draws which makes the whole experience unpleasant to say the least. When I came across ChooseHealth.io tests on Amazon I decided to give them a try. They were even cheaper than the labs I’d used before and the convenience of doing everything at home was a huge plus. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little blood was required. Just a quick finger prick with the included lancet was needed, and I hate needles, but this was actually very easy and painless. One finger didn’t quite give me enough drops, but two lancets were included, so I was able to use a second finger without any issue. I mailed in the test with the included envelope and a little more than a week later had results with easy to understand explanations of all the numbers. No extra or hidden charges. I’ll be trying more of their tests. At this price, I could easily see myself doing this as a simple yearly check-in before seeing a doctor.

Easy way to get yourself tested at home for Liver function & health.
The instructions were easy to follow and functioned perfectly. The blood prick was easy to use. . However, it did take several drops to get the blood level correct. The mail system took a while to deliver but once the company received my blood test I had results in about 3-4 days. :) All of the results were easy to read and easy to understand. I highly do recommend getting this test done and follow up with your doctor if the results indicate inflammation present. 👍🏼
