Very BAD, probiotics ( not sure if its a probiotics ) should be stopped selling, i have huge allergy with big round red spots on on my body ( rash) after taking and also giving hard dizziness and headache, im almost fainting, i could not wark even.

I noticed an improvement in my skin, hair and overall energy when I started using it! also my bowel movement was very healthy and regulated. many around me said that my stomach looked flatter (I guess it helped the bloating go away) I recommend this and I repurchased already
