Now this is a great product. Although the cost may feel steep, it's worth the money. Having get togethers and people over it, easy to make an array of different drinks, it's enjoyable for you get togethers. The drinks taste great, very easy to clean endurable. The only downfall is the cost of the pods. But if you're looking for a quality product to enjoy at home bar for your family and friends, I would recommend this product. And if you go to the website and you do auto delivery? You will get a discount on the products you buy going forward. And you also get coupons and emails regarding special offers for current customers.

One of my better purchases. It is very easy to use and the walkthrough on what to do is amazing. Only issue is it gives you 5 glass containers for alcohol, but only gives you 4 slots. your suppose to know when to switch out the gin and rum, but if you don't know what is in the drinks, it can turn out gross. It does tell you what glass to use once it reads what pod is on there. The pods are quite amazing to. My wife likes the margarita collection

This was a big hit at my Christmas Party! Everyone enjoyed making their own personalized cocktail. I like that you can select the alcohol strength. It even has a mocktail option. I had originally ordered the Premium Machine, and quickly switched it out to the Professional. Side by side, the Professional not only looks better, (more chrome, larger in size, elevated back panel and better looking display) it also has larger drink wells (plus and extra for gin). I had also purchased a shaker set and a few different types of sugar for glass rims. I recommend checking out the cocktail options available on the Bartesian website - more of a selection there, than other sites.

Ok … I did a LOT of research before I purchased the Bartesian Professional series. Bought this from Amazon because the Bartesian website was sold out. Contacted Bartesian and they assured me that they partnered with Amazon, and the same warranty exists with the Amazon purchase. That was my first concern! I then toggled between … the regular cocktail maker (which was on sale) or the Professional series that was $200 more because of the sale. Overall, I selected the Professional series. I am glad I did. The bottles hold more capacity, and the water reservoir holds more water. And, to me, the design is much sleeker! Now the overall function? AMAZING! I do not drink at all. But my husband and friends do! It was so easy for me to prepare drinks for them. I have been told that some of the mixes do not taste exactly like a mixologist would make, but it was close enough. I guess it is all personal preference. I ordered a small fortune in capsules from the Bartesian website to have a variety. I also ordered the menu and the shaker (of which I was not that impressed with the shaker). I ordered drawers as well for easy access. I stacked them (and have a third one on the way). I put little rubber door bumpers/feet (ordered from Amazon the Neoera 3/8” cabinet door bumpers) on the feet of the drawers because they were a little slippery, and that held them in place. And I ordered every rimmer that they offered. From Amazon … I ordered from Amazon the Nifty Solutions spinning capsule pod holder to hold excess pods (see the photo inside the cabinet). Lastly I ordered Yesland 500 count cocktail picks 4 3/4” from Amazon and they are stylish and disposable (those are in on the right in the photo with the god balls on top. For garnishes, I ordered small food storage containers with locking lids to keep the items fresh. After reading many of the reviews on line, I was concerned about leaking and damaging countertops. So I put a mat underneath the machine just in case … I needed peace of mind, and no one even knows the difference. This machine was a party hit over the holidays, and my husband can come home and make a mixed drink with ease. I would highly recommend this product for every household. And that comes from a non-drinker, but a expert hostess!! I hope this helps someone, as the reviews that I read certainly helped me!

We bought this as a fun and easy way to make cocktails- however so far the software in the machine will only show put in pod, the main menu still hasn’t come up. The first use you are supposed to run water through to clean out the machine, so we wasted a pod and it still won’t show the main menu. Called the bartesian support center but they only work Monday-Friday 8-5. I do not recommend.

Great for a quick drink. Most are better than I expected. But the convenience is fantastic. Pods are a bit pricey and I wish retailers near me carried them. I don’t use it as much as I expected to but when I do, it’s quick and most drinks turn out pretty darned good.

Works great bought as a present for my Dad and he loves it uses it all the time and loves showing it to guest!

Good Product……….

We absolutely love this machine. It has worked great for many months and was a hit during the holidays. There are so many different flavours to try. Just make sure to empty the bottles if you know you will not be using it for a few days. We also travel with our Bartesian on vacation as it’s way less expensive than purchasing drinks at bars or restaurants. Amazing purchase so far!
