Upgrade after our last Yealink system died, No problems with this one.
Our last model w60b randomly stopped working and we couldn't make or receive any calls, so we urgently needed to replace it with this model and we're back up and running now. We needed help from our VOIP provider to go through the set up and linking it with our handset which we probably wouldn't have been able to figure out if they hadn't walked us through it but since then no problems.

Worked fine after configuring, and good value
Bought this to replace a failed W60B. Worked fine and good value. Ovisiouly needed to configure it, but once that once that was done it worked perfectly as a replacement. (Hope it lasts longer than the W60B which failed after 3 years)

DOES NOT WORK ON A BT LINE
Delivered broken but I still gave it 4 stars because Amazon replaced it with no quibble. One really important thing to note. If you have a digital line with BT DO NOT BUY THIS. ONLY EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY BT WORKS ON THEIR LINES. Wish I'd known this before I wasted hours trying to set this up.

Missing items
There was no power cable and no ethernet cable in the box. No instructions either. We will see how it sets up and if it works.

Can't get it to connect
I have a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering and I can't make this thing work. Very disappointing.

I bought this base station to replace an older Yealink W60B that died on me. I still had several W56H handsets and didn't want to buy all new phones. They adopted perfectly to the new base, and together the phone system has been working for months without issue.
