I use one every day for health and stomach benefits. They come in single serve packets, making them easy to use and grab on the go. One a day seems to do the trick. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression, but it does make me feel less bloated. They're a great price for the strength of the a serving. It does have a bit of a taste, which I don't like, so I just use a water enhancer and I don't notice the flavor anymore.

So far I feel like the product itself is working, but there is absolutely zero taste and it does not dissolve well. I even use my hand frother to mix it, and it ends up in clumps on the bottom of the glass. It’s just okay, I won’t order it again.
